"Never checked in. Waited 45 minutes for someone to show up after “Bill” told us Elizabeth would be there in 15 minutes. Outside property was a mess and looked more like a junk yard than anything resembling accommodations. Filed complaint with VRBO and waiting to hear back about a full refund. Had to find another place to stay on very short notice. This listing should be pulled off your site. "

"First off, what a view this property offers of Anchorage. Easy check in process which was great because we didn’t get in until about 2am. Used this mostly as a jumping off point while we hiked a glacier, saw the northern lights, dined in downtown Anchorage, and visited Girdwood. Host is kind and responsive.
