This is a beautiful property with wonderful amenities. Would love to of had more time to enjoy the space, toys and beach! If we come back to Melbourne area we will stay again.

Great Place!
The house was great and in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach. Super clean and well stocked. Had a minor issue at check-in with our code not working, but a quick call to Jim and we were good to go. Pros: clean, well-stocked kitchen, AWESOME warm pool, proximity to the beach, games/books/activities if you have kids, lots of seating in the living/dining room Cons: the beds are HARD (we're used to much softer), the sheets were like velcro and stuck to PJs making it hard to roll over and get comfortable, the nonstick pans are very well used and scratched Overall, we had a great little getaway to the beach and really enjoyed this house. If we're back in the area, we'll consider booking again!

Excellent location
We stayed a week during a training camp. The house is super clean and very well stocked with all the essentials plus extras. The hosts replied very quickly anytime I contacted them. There are lots of beaches, restaurants and grocery stores very close by. The yard is beautiful and well kept. We will book this place again next year.

Spring Break
This property was the perfect place for our spring break trip. Short drive to cocoa beach and beautiful golf courses Teenagers loved the pool volleyball and lighted pool for night swims. Also felt very comfortable with them walking or riding bikes to the local beach. The house and amenities were 5 stars. We hope to come back soon! Thank you!

This property was extraordinary!! Beautiful inside and out! Great location just a short distance to beach, shopping, and many restaurants. Great kitchen with modern appliances and everything you would ever need to cook any meal. Very spacious inside with plenty of room for guests. A great place to stay!

All around great home
Property is very nice and recently remodeled. Clean, comfortable with lots of amenities. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need. We only had 4 in our group but the home will accommodate more. Pool was awesome and we spent a lot of time hanging out there. Having all the linens and towels provided was a real bonus since we flew in from out of state and couldn't bring our own. You won't be disappointed!

Maine Winter Escape with Friends + Kids
This place was clutch. The setup was perfect for two couples and two kids. The pool was the best part :) Jim was so responsive and they had supplied the house perfectly, we kept saying we felt like we were home. Much needed getaway
I grew up going to Melbourne as my parents are from there. We used to stay at my grandparents during the dinner and holidays. Melbourne has always had a very special place in my family’s heart. Now that my grandparents have passed away and their house sold, we were looking for a place close by to start new traditions. The house was perfect. Close to the beach, yet tucked away in a neighborhood. The private pool was nice in the morning with coffee outside. The darts and game area were fun for the adults and entertaining my 12 year old. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and hanging out. Lots of beautiful detail in this cozy Florida home.

Amazing
Amazing stay. Owners are easy to work with and flexible. Home is beautiful and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Nicely remodeled. So much space for everyone to have their own. Great location to different beaches, shopping, dining. Only negative thing we could say is the master bedroom doesn’t cool as well as the other rooms. We will definitely be staying here again.

Amazing house!
The house was awesome! Super clean, well stocked with kitchen things, beach towels, beach toys, etc. Our littles (3 and 5) loved the pool and so did we! Fantastic location - easy access to Cocoa beach, Kennedy Space Center, grocery stores, and restaurants. Loved and appreciated the recommendations from the hosts! Perfect place for a relaxing, "do-nothing" type of vacation. Highly recommend!!

Family Vacation
We had a great time at this property. We loved how quiet and peaceful the neighborhood was. The owner had an abundance of games and pool/beach toys for us to use throughout the week. The house was bigger than we expected and was beautiful and updated as well. We found the recommendations for local beaches (as well as descriptions of the beaches) so thoughtful and useful. I would highly recommend staying here - it felt like the owners really thought about what guests need/want on their vacation and this house will absolutely add a lot of comfort and convenience to your trip!

Great Getaway
I took my 16 year old daughter and 4 of her friends here for a few days. The house was perfect so much so we never made it to the beach. We hung out in the pool and played games all day. The kitchen is STOCKED, which made cooking super easy. I would come back in a heartbeat.

Awesome Summer Family Vacation for Family of 5.
The property was beautifully and tastefully renovated. Had all the room that was needed for 5 people. 14 year old and 9 year old Grandsons loved the Game Room and the Pool. The house was immaculate and was fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. Hoping to go back again!

What a wonderful, hidden gem! This home was so spacious that we each felt as if we had our own private area, but with multiple common areas to gather in, there were many options for together time as well! My son became quite the dart shark, and we all loved the oversized pool with lush, tropical landscaping! Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful home !
