Another Comfortable Stay at the Carmel Home
We booked another visit to Carmel and this location is ideal for walking to the Monon Trail and restaurants. The home has all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Will be back!

Peaceful and quiet
The location of the house is in a quiet neighborhood near the center of Carmel. It was close to the Christmas Market which was the reason for our visit. John was very responsive to questions and replied in a timely fashion. We especially appreciated all the places to charge our various devices!

My husband & I enjoyed this cozy home in Carmel. The location is perfect with walking distance to Monon Trail, restaurants, and local shops. The home is very clean and has everything you need. We loved the water view in the backyard. We will be back!!

Perfect stay
My family has stayed at several VRBO’s all over. This is one of the best! Great communication with the owners! The location was perfect…nice, quiet neighborhood. The pond actually had fish in it! The beds, and pillows are very comfortable. The house is stocked with all the necessities…including some extras! I highly recommend this rental, and would absolutely stay here again, if ever in the area again!

Great place in a great location
The house is well kept with spacious bedrooms and a nice primary bathroom. The house had everything we needed for our stay, including a washer/dryer which was so helpful. We also appreciated having coffee available on our first morning. The deck out back was perfect for morning coffee and evening drinks while looking out at the pond. We walked most places as you can get to many restaurants within a mile or less. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Our hosts provided us all the information we needed which made checking in and out effortless. The communication with the hosts was quick and responsive. We would recommend this place to anyone interested in staying in the area.

2024 Eclipse
Very nice house with a very responsive host.We enjoyed the deck, pond and grill on eclipse day which turned out to be perfect. Three of us stayed in the 2 bedroom house and another drove in from Kentucky to share eclipse day fun. Kitchen cabinet and pantry well stocked and the Keurig coffee maker a bonus. Neighborhood was quiet so we were able to enjoy the event in private beautiful surroundings. A bottle of wine and snacks awaited us which we enjoyed. The roundabouts were a little hair-raising for out of town folks but the destination well worth it.
