Check-in was quick and easy, and the property was perfect for our needs! The property host was very quick to respond to all communications. Despite being downtown, we felt safe in the neighborhood. Street parking in front of the house was easy, and the street wasn’t busy. The one thing I recommend is bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper, just due to the occasional train going through nearby.We were in town for a convention, and the proximity to the convention center was superb! All in all, an excellent property, an excellent host, and an excellent experience!

Great place! Very nice house, clean and well stocked. With 6 beds it was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 teenagers. Only a few minute drive to downtown. Highly recommend

Awesome stay near downtown

This is our second stay at the property and it won't be our last. It's a perfect location for us, and the house is clean, quiet, and has everything we need. The property management is top notch. Wholeheartedly recommend!

Great location, nice place, not so good communication

I’ll try to keep this short and sweet. The location is great. Most places are within 15 minutes. The house was nice. Beds were comfy. Linens were provided. We liked it pretty well. Only one problem, we had no A/C.We noticed on our first night that it was a little warm, but we arrived late and just turned the temp down, didn’t think much of it. Every other night we were there, the house was 78-80 degrees. I reached out multiple times to the owners. Nothing was ever done. They said someone was coming, no one ever came (that we are aware of). We were never contacted about the situation, I had to reach out every time for updates. I had 2 children with me who had a hard time sleeping due to the heat, and what should have been a nice extended weekend getaway was a little more of a hassle than it should have been. In addition to the messaging system, I also called the number and had no answer/response. I was promised a phone call today (June 1st) and also never received that. I was offered no reimbursement, or fans, or anything for that matter. I also have screenshots of the entire conversation with “home base”. We stayed here because it had multiple 10 star reviews. I understand that things happen, but there were 3 days to check on the issue and nothing ever happened.

Great family visit in Indy

We had 8 family members ranging from 18 to 80 stay at the property. Everything was as promised, and the house worked very well for us. We would definitely stay here again.

State Championship weekend

My family and I chose this home for our one night stay for the Girls Basketball state Championship game. It was the perfect location, less than 10 minute drive to the fieldhouse. Plenty of dinner options nearby as well. There was plenty of room for my family of 6 and my in laws. We’ve already talked about using this home again in future trips!

Great stay. Very responsive with getting issues resolved. When the front bedroom smoke detector started beeping because of low battery I reached out by text and they came and fixed it while we were out. Next time we are in Indy we will definitely look at booking this place again.
