Beautiful condo with anything you might need… My family was very comfortable here and got good rest for their athletic competition… we would definitely stay here again… Thank you!

Nice for work trip

Property is very neat, clean and comfortable. Great location. Bring basics you might need - soap, paper towels, etc. It is an interesting set-up so if you are not renting the whole apartment, be aware the bedrooms (all have ensuite baths), can be rented to others. The management company was good to work with and responded quickly to any questions we had.

Not all as promised

Location was great. It was easy to access. It was advertised to sleep 9, having a queen and a twin in each of the 3 bedrooms however, there were no twins in any room. Instead there were 2 air mattresses. One needed more air halfway through the night and the other was soft by morning. Also, there was only one fitted sheet and one thin blanket for the 2 air mattresses. When we contacted the owner we were told to look when we still couldn’t find sheets they told us that they didn’t have any more. We went to Walmart and bought our own, including extra pillows. They did deliver two sets the next day but by then we had taken care of it on our own. Also, leftovers were left in the fridge. We also disposed of those ourselves. One of the bedrooms was missing a curtain and the patio door curtain was missing several Slats making privacy an issue. We did appreciate the washer and dryer, the easy check in and out and the location was great.

Bad start, but overall good stay

We arrived at the apartment to find it uncleaned, with dirty linens and towels in every room. We had to leave. I couldn't communicate with the property manager, the only phone number had an answering machine that didn't take messages, so I had to spend considerable time on my phone trying to reach VRBO. They were successful in reaching the property manager and by the time we returned the place had been cleaned. Do we have any possibility of a partial refund? The beds are great, the 3/bd, 3/ba was perfect for our needs, but it was a rough start...

Perfect Size

6 of us - sisters stayed here while we attended the National Eucharistic Congress at Indiana Convention Center/Lucas Oil Stadium. Great location. 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms! Made to order for our stay. the air conditioner wasn’t working at first, at first but the MGM rep communicated right away to assist.

Overall a Great Experience

The Downtown Indy property was depicted as listed. It is conveniently located near IUPUI and the Canal. Everything is within walking distance, including a grocery store, approx. 5 minutes from the property. The property itself is clean & comfortable. All the conveniences needed for a stay away from home. Only nuisance is the check-in system and a ridiculous lock on the door to the apartment, which is user unfriendly and should be replaced. I also saw comments from other visitors about the air freshners throughout the apartment space. I agree...replace them with an appealing scent. The one selected was overwhelming. Question its necessity. Overall, however, would highly recommend this property to others.

Perfect Location for Downtown Indy

The property was perfect for enjoying downtown Indy. Close to the canal walk and other attractions. Grocery stores nearby (Whole Foods/Kroger). Well stocked kitchen. Secure parking and building. Would stay again!

Overall good value. Unit was clean and neat when we arrived. The only downside was an automatic air-freshener in the living room area. It was on a timer and went off every few minutes. The fragrance was very strong and overpowering.

Large space, broken bed

Overall this place was nice and spacious for bringing a family. There were three bedrooms and three bathrooms which was very convenient. My problem with this property is that when we arrived there was a dead light bulb in the kitchen (without it, it was difficult to see in the kitchen to cook) and one of the beds was broken. It took three days to get the light bulb fixed. They never fixed the bed and the communication in regards to these issues were minimal. It would have been very easy to come fix or replace the very simple, cheap bed frame during our 6 night stay. Instead we had to pull the mattress to the ground and sleep on it there with all the furniture in disarray in the room. They request you only eat in the kitchen and dining room however they only have two high top seats at the sink/island in order to do so. There is no table in the dining area, so you have to eat in the living room if you have more than two people eating at once. We found it odd that there were automatic electronic locks on every bedroom door. There are circumstances I can understand this detail, but we found it a bit annoying being a family wanting to easily get into the rooms.

Church Convention

This property worked well for a group. Good AC and beds are very comfortable. The other guest stayed on inflatable mattresses. Wish there was a toaster. All appliances were clean and good. It was a bit confusing getting the access code and locating the correct key box with several mounted at the gate. Would appreciate getting this information earlier than on the day of .
