Great stay! Thoughtful owners!
We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the small touches from the owners. We easily and comfortably fit our extended family of 12 in the house.

Daughter’s wedding weekend
The neighborhood was nice. The property looked as described and was comfortable. We had 8 adults staying in the house and there was plenty of hot water. Unfortunately, the floor was not vacuumed when we arrived, which called into question the overall cleanliness of the home. The appliances do not work well. The washing machine made horrible sounds as it was running. The dishwasher did not clean glassware very good and the glasses came out looking dirty. We found a cracked wine glass in the cupboard. The refrigerator worked but you couldn’t open the doors properly. The downstairs bedroom had a door so far out of alignment that you couldn’t close it, which did not make it comfortable for the people sleeping in that room. I texted owner and did not receive an answer for over 14 hours. The owner did say they were on a 12 hour flight. There were no bathmats for the bathrooms and no extra hand towels. We needed more than 1 towel per bathroom for the 3 night stay. Once we were able to contact owner they were responsive.

Family vacation
We had an amazing time. The house accommodated everyone. We each had our own room and was fully stocked. Owner was easily reachable and available for any questions. We would definitely stay again.

Did not meet basic expectations
First impression of the property was that it was unkempt. The flower beds in front were wildly overgrown, as well as the fire pit out back. The decor was nice and the place looked nice at first glance, but the more we were there, the more issues we found. First, the fridge leaked and the floor in front of the fridge was spongey and unstable. There were no hand towels or wash cloths in the kitchen, whatsoever, and no extra bath towels or wash cloths in the bathroom that we could use as back up. The host was quick to send us some extra towels from Amazon, but we were not able to wash them as there was no laundry detergent provided. There were no baking sheets in the kitchen as well. The bedroom on the first floor had only a sheet and no blanket, and there were no extra blankets throughout the entire house. That bedroom also had doors that functioned poorly. On the back deck, there were multiple pieces of wood flooring that were going bad and causing a dip in the floor. The garbage can outside was almost full when we got there. Many of the plugs and light switches wouldn't work as well. Our biggest complaint, having 5 young kids in the house, was that BOTH bathtubs did not work. The mechanisms that plug the drain were broken and we were unable to use them. Overall we were very dissatisfied with this listing. I believe the house has potential to be a great spot for travelers, but needs a lot of love.

Rileys Critical Care Walkathon Trip
Our family cam to Indy for the Walkathon at Riley. It was nice that we were all able to stay in one place. The house had what we needed. The owner was quick to respond to the issue we had and made sure it was taken care of in a timely manner while there. One of the upstairs bathrooms was having water issues and difficult to use for the children and both bathrooms with showers were upstairs, However we did enjoy our time here and spending time together. It was conveniently located, close to everything. The neighborhood was quiet.

My 2 brothers and I came to Indy to watch dirt track racing during the week and finished with the Indy 500 on Sunday. The house was in a great location for us with easy access to the airport. The hosts communicated well, comfortable beds and big backyard. The overall cleanliness of the house did not meet our standards and lacked curb appeal.

Great time at a nice place!
Everything was nice and set up for us! They amenities were perfect for the amount of guests. Nice neighborhood. Could hear the planes, but a low rumble. Didn't keep us awake, but just be aware you'll hear them. Would stay here again! Just might if we return to this volleyball tournament. Thank you!!

Weekend Robotics house
The house worked perfect for the weekend. We had 5 adults and 5 highschool students that attended a robotics competition in Plainfield. It was nice to all stay together and be able to make food for the weekend. Plenty of room and supplies to make the stay perfect. Host was very responsive to questions.

Indy trip
Came into town for family wedding with two dogs. Place was perfect for the occasion and perfect for our "fur" family members. Only disappointment was it advertises fireplace but we were not allowed to use it. Thank God for the outside fire pit. Great location. Nice layout and the house was very clean.

Good stay for our family wedding. Well stocked and comfy beds easy checkin/out. Large fridge freezer. Some areas need more attention from cleaning crew. Great to have 2 1/2 baths and 5 nice sized beds!

Great place to stay!
This place was in a nice quiet neighborhood! The neighbors were nice and welcoming! My 7 year old son got to play in the nice sized back yard and with the neighbors kids! This place felt like home and I would most definitely stay here again! This is a very family oriented place!
