It was a nice place to stay, our unit was clean and comfortable. Great gym and pickleball courts. CHECK-IN IS HORRIBLE. It would have been good to be warned that this is a HIGH PRESSURE SALES OFFICE. We were bombarded with salespeople in a crazy-loud casino-like registration who aggressively advised us that check-in is a 2-part process... first give your credit card, check in and get your room keys (totally normal)... then you have to do Step 2 for your "Welcome Packet" and offer of sangria, wine, and give the guy personal information to get your wristbands so you don't need to "dig around for a room key card". LOL. A ton of elderly people in a time share situation... we DID NOT want that and like I said, would have been nice to be warned.
