Epic house 10/10!

The house is everything the photos show and more. Love that it was designed for large group parties and doesn't pretend that people aren't there to party. That said, we would have never known that people were just staying there a few days before us for coachella.. when we arrived everything was cleaned perfectly. Great communication throughout.. and everything was so easy to use / navigate. Couldn't recommend it more for large groups.

Host Error

The host said the "double booked" even though we had a confirmation and didn't let us into the property. A horrific experience and I wouldn't trust this listing.

Beautiful property, but not fully functional

The home is beautiful and well appointed for a large group. We had 14 people from 17-89 years old and we were very comfortable in our accommodations. The number of BR/BA is excellent. The kitchen, dining and living room are spacious and comfortable for a large group. The home is decorated very nicely and stylishly; however, not especially practically in the bedrooms as there aren’t many dressers/nightstands with drawers in the rooms for storage. The pool is large and wonderful and this is where most of our time was spent. There is also a nice shaded area with sofas and a ping pong table right by the pool that got lots of use. Overall, we had a great stay. However, there were some issues. Bruce, the on-site manager, quickly remedied most of the small issues, but the biggest issue was never resolved. The hot tub didn’t work when we arrived. Bruce came and tried to fix it, but couldn’t. He said he’d send someone to fix it, but no one ever came, and Bruce stopped responding to our texts after the first day. The pickleball court is also unplayable. The court is very uneven with sunken spots that make the ball not bounce at all or go in odd directions. That was a major disappointment. The hot tub and pickleball court were 2 big selling points for this house. I tried to talk to Ruchi about these issues after we left and he has also failed to follow through and stopped responding. For a high end rental with a ‘superhost’, I am disappointed at the level of service we received.

Great house for groups and location

All 12 of us were super comfortable and had the best time. Guys on a golf trip have to book this house!!!

Great house but some improvements

Overall great, however more staged for pretty pics than functionality. Other details follow in no particular order. Tissues in bathrooms would have been a nice touch. Kitchen was overall great. Kitchen hand soap and dish soap was exactly the same. Extra bags in the bathroom and bedroom trash bins would have been really great. Sliding shower door kept sliding open. Pool table is located where you have to "short stick" it or hop onto the table itself to make certain shots in order not to hit the surrounding walls (bad design). More pool sticks of different lengths would have been nice. Interior and exterior speakers should have been programmed separately. Garbage and recycling containers were full upon arrival and while it may have been picked up during the stay, there should have been other bins available to containerize trash. It's problematic (in case of fire or other emergency) to have to punch in a gate code in order to exit the property via car. The hvac and vents needed to be balanced and changed room-by-room in order to make it comfortable for all. Property manager should know how to reset the sound system and the hvac system after each stay so that new guests have a clean slate to start with. Property manager should also know how to operate the systems. Nice to have one large dining table. Bugs in pool so decrease pool time due to treatment which was not ideal. Landscaper blowing yard stuff so was noise & dusty.

Great Place to Stay

Good and easy communication with the property manager and concierge. There is some wear and tear though but nothing to really distract our fun. The flow of this house really works for big family groups, and there's a lot of activities to keep everyone happy inside and out. Only wish the netting for the garage doors that open to the back worked.
