Great place for family vacation.
This property was very clean, the kitchen was fully stocked, and communication with the property manager was very quick and friendly. Even though there was a power outage for about 3 hours in a 116 degree heat, we still had a great time.

Awesome House with Super Host
We were two families (4 adults and 6 kids ranging in ages from 10-16) staying for New Year's to enjoy the Desert. The house was very clean and everything was as described. Our host was amazingly responsive. Any question or minor issue was responded to via text promptly. For example, our kids noticed shortly after our arrival that the billiard table was missing the striped 12 ball from its set. I texted the host to let them know, and within a couple of hours while we went to dinner, a replacement striped 12 ball was left outside our door so our kids could play. Amazing service! The house is located in a quiet and secured neighborhood with gated entrances. It felt very safe. Highly recommend this house with this host!

Golf weekend
Great property. We’ve stayed at numerous homes over the past 25 years and this home was in our top 2. Awesome backyard , pool and spa , putting green was lots of fun. Very spacious inside with lots of entertainment . We’ll be back.

Great House - But Road Noise Issues
Great house, generally as advertised. Wonderful outdoor space that is definitely diminished by the significant road noise from the street right behind the house. Lots of games in the house, which the kids loved. Just be ready for some noise outside and even inside when sleeping, which I didn’t see in the listing or other comments.

5 Star Property
This property is incredible! The pictures don't do it justice as it is even nicer in person. Its located in a great neighborhood close to everything. The backyard has an amazing pool and hot tub and it designed for a large group to have a great time. The house was very clean and the company was so easy to communicate with. We will definitely stay here again!

Superb service!
We stayed at the Paramount property for 3 nights. The place was in immaculate condition when we arrived. Super clean. It had just about every amenity and activity one would need to make the stay fun and enjoyable. The service personnel was always available and responded to texts instantaneously. We were VERY happy with this property and would definitely come back.

Nice Property
A very nice house with plenty of room for a big group. In the two bedrooms with double sized beds bunk beds there is also a twin bed and we were surprised to find a twin trundle bed also! The four teenage boy cousins were delighted to be able to sleep in the same room each with their own bed! The house itself is nice and open so you still feel together if are in the game room, living room & kitchen. The backyard was so nice with the pool, but not a lot of sun with the big trees blocking the sun so hard to lay out, especially in December when it feels much nicer in the sun. But the kids loved being able to swim and hang in the jacuzzi. The house is much smaller than you would think with all those bedrooms, but still very comfortable! Kids were disappointed that the arcade game was broken which was a key element for this rental. The management was very responsive even to my silly questions and they did send two people over to try to fix the game, but apparently there was no fixing it. I found them to be a little inflexible regarding check-in/check-out times for the amount we were paying per night I felt this was a bit unfair. We did not have anyone checking out the day of our arrival or in the day of our departure, but they won’t tell you with enough time to plan and then they want ab additional $200 each for early check-in and/or departure. And they ask us to take out all of our own trash, put all the towels in the bathrooms and do the dishes or we could be charged extra! That seemed excessive to me, but they did end up working with us so I’m grateful for that. Definitely a place we would return to! Very nice accommodations and very responsive management company!

Great House for Family Gathering
Really great experience! The house was wonderful for our family to be together over thanksgiving - the 6 kids played in the pool and the adults could relax (there is so much comfortable seating!). We have food allergies in our family, so the clean kitchen was a stand out for us. Also, the casita was a wonderful spot for my mother - she had a private space to get away from the small kids! Thanks!
