"This property is beautiful! It's surrounded by trees and felt private, even though there are other homes nearby. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. The sunroom has been redone since the photos posted. It's a wonderful place to have coffee or an evening glass of wine. My family enjoyed walking down to the water, exploring the beach. "Staying on the "quieter" side of Mt Desert Island, gave us the opportunity to hike new parts of Acadia with views just as spectacular as Cadillac Mt. ( Mt. St. Sauvier and Acadia Mt). The yurts were a great compromise for the 2 young adults wanting camping in the woods and us elders preferring a bed and kitchen. THANKS Acadia Yurts!"

"This cabin was amazing! The location back in the woods up the end of the road was a welcome retreat after days exploring the island and Acadia. The deck was perfect for coffee in the morning or drinks at night. The sunrises were beautiful to watch from our own bedroom. :). Fire pit was so cool to have and the wood provided was perfect .
