** A Wonderful Stay for Our Big Family Getaway!**We had such a lovely time at this cottage with our large extended family. The space was perfect — plenty of room for all of us to relax, spend time together, and still have our own space when needed. The layout is great for groups, with multiple bedrooms and enough bathrooms to comfortably accommodate everyone.The kitchen was impressively well-stocked — everything from pots and pans to a blender and even a high chair and dishes for the kids. It made meal prep easy and enjoyable, especially with our planned group meals. We really appreciated how clean and organized everything was when we arrived.The outdoor areas were beautiful, with nice spots to hang out and enjoy a morning coffee or evening chats. While there wasn’t a fire pit, we still had fun making s’mores on the BBQ! The high-speed internet was also solid, which was helpful for a few of us who needed to check in on work.Location-wise, it's super close to Innisfil Beach Park, which made for a great beach day — and we loved being able to pop back and forth easily.All in all, this was a perfect home base for a memorable family trip. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back again. Thank you for hosting us!

Family vacation

Communication with the owner was fantastic, he was easy to reach and always replied quickly. Great location for families, near the beach and walking distance to a playground. There is definitely a list of things that I think could be improved, including certain elements of cleanliness etc. They need to get new pillows, there's just nothing to them. The house is nice but it needs a serious deep clean - walls, baseboards, corners etc all need a good scrub. The basement desperately needs a dehumidifier, it's quite damp down there. The barbecue needs a good cleaning. It says that there are kids utensils and plates or whatever but there really is nothing, maybe one plastic cup. They need to do an audit of everything in the house and what needs to be replenished. Stocking the place with more paper towel and Kleenex etc would be a huge asset as well.Overall we had a lovely stay, but when you're staying for a whole week with family, these things are important.

Long weekend with the family

Kaleem's place was a wonderful getaway for our family of eight. Check-in and check-out were very straightforward and Kaleem was always responsive. The driveway could easily fit four SUVs. The place was clean, spacious, with enough bedrooms for everyone. Kaleem provided plenty of bath towels and even travel sized soaps and shampoos. The beach really was less than a 10 minute walk so we visited every day. We also checked out the local outlet mall (just over 20 minutes away). We brought a lot of our own food but there were plenty of grocery stores within a 10 minute drive. The two fridges/freezers provided more than enough space. It was great to have a BBQ connected to a central line for fuel. The house is right at the intersection so some of the traffic can be heard from the master bedroom but this did not disrupt our sleep. Overall, we highly recommend this place for big families looking to be by the water for a weekend. Thank you Kaleem for sharing your place with us.

Fabulous property.

Amazing owner, quick to reply to any questions. Fabulous house and large enough we didn’t feel under each others feet. Lovely little beach area at the bottom of the road and lots of places to visit from using the house as a central location. The intersection is quite busy but we rarely heard the traffic inside and sat on the veranda in the warm sunshine. Lovely little cafe next door too.

Family fishing trip

We found the home perfect for our family, the six bedrooms and large couches and dining table plus a fantastic kitchen really made it easy to relax cook and enjoy each others company. We were totally pleased with Kaleem’s home and his acssesability for questions

Great space for a large family holiday

A great space to have the whole family be able to eat and play together, but have separate rooms for each couple.Lots of stairs - to all bedrooms and even a washroom, so not accessible-friendly, but as long as that's not an issue, enjoy!

innisfil xmas 2024

We had 16 family members this year, it being our 2nd year at this centrally located place. 5 had to sleep at a small home a block away by the lake which also accommodated a dog. We brought a folding table to extend the dining table and 6 card table chairs that worked out perfectly. Lots of hot water. Only had a problem in the early morning hours on our last night when the flood sensor got activated and shut off the house water supply. The owner was fairly quick to reply and somehow reactivate the water system. We have reserved the place again for next year!!

Grooms family

It was perfect spot fir us to stay for my sons wedding party to stay for wedding. Lots of room for mingling and lots of bedrooms for getting ready. Walking distance to beach and amenities but on a busy corner. Seemed to be loudest in the primary bedroom so just needed some ear plugs others than that perfect.

Short family vacation in Innisfil

Overall, it was a very nice house and location. A few things were missed , but getting in touch with the host was very easy. Had a great mini family vacation there and house was big enough all the kids got there own space and beach was just down the street.

Great House and so close to Lake Simcoe

Wonderful family vacation. Loved the beach on Lake Simcoe. House had everything we could have asked for. We took a day trip to Niagara Falls, we had a great time. Our host, Kaleem was fantastic at communicating! Other than being located on a busy street, the house was perfect for the 9 of us for a week.
