Labor Day Weekend with Family
It was an amazing trip with family. There was a lot of space for everyone. We took advantage of the spacious and private pool. Our host gracious and communicative. With young children, the pool gate gave us the extra pice of mind. Nearby food options were numerous. We had an amazing time and would definitely return.

Good but could be better
The house itself is great, large open floor plan. Rooms are separated and spacious and just the right amount of space. The downfall to this rental was the cleanliness of the home. The table tops were dirty. The shower had someone elses hair in the drain. There wasn't extra toilet paper in any of the bathrooms. Which I don't generally expect extra toilet paper but if you leave barely anything on the dispenser then I expect a new one to be somewhere in the home. I had to refill all three bathrooms and we were only there for 2 nights. The pool was milky in color. I communicated with the owner about this they assured us it was safe but it wasn't what we expected, lastly we had to hunt / find extra wash cloths because there were only 4 out overall. Some may not think that is a big deal but we had 6 people with us. Again overall the house is great I just think there is a lack in the attention to the details. AND there really needs to be some professional deep cleaning done. Otherwise we enjoyed ourselves very much.

Awesome vacation
This is the second year in a row that I’ve stayed at this house. Both experiences have been absolutely wonderful. The house is beautiful. It is a great location and the grandkids love it.

Great house and location
Pros: - Large, well-laid out house in a nice quiet neighborhood - Gas stove was great for cooking - Screened-in pool was great as it kept out the bugs (we were able to enjoy meals outside without having bugs and such flying around us) - Within 20 minutes of restaurants, grocery stores, and activities - Within 60 minutes of Orlando and all the attractions there - Within 60 minutes of Tampa and all the activities there - If you like SCUBA diving, you'll find many options within a 60 minute drive Cons: - Maintenance needed to be done on several items when we arrived (NOTE: the maintenance team came quickly when we called and were VERY helpful) - The water never got hot -- it got warm, but not hot. I contacted the property coordinator who said that someone would come check it, but it never improved. Other than the 2 cons, the place was great. I'll definitely be staying here again the next time I visit the area.

Great house
The house exceeded our expectations, very large and well set up. The pool is huge and we swam every day. The pool heater was not enough to heat such a large pool so the water stayed cool, but not enough to keep us from swimming. We had an issue with the a/c but it was fixed promptly.

Rory was amazing
While we did not stay at this specific place due to last minute changes rory was just amazing. I had an unexpected funeral to attend so i was arriving earlier than i anticipated and rory was able to move us to another house since i would be arriving before check in time. Very understanding and was so helpful! Only issues we had was the pool was kinda dirty because of the pump not being on, i reached out and she came over as soon as she could and got everything situated. My only suggestion for the house we did stay in is maybe update the mattresses, they were not very comfortable but besides that, it was great. Thank you so much rory and we will be in touch again to atay. Appreciate all the help!

Beautiful home and pool!
Perfect number of rooms for our Friendsgiving get together! The teens loved it as well as the adults. The grill was missing upon arrival, but Rory had one to us within an hour! What amazing service!! We'll definitely be back!

Great house
We were in FL for a funeral and wanted to stay near family. House was perfect size for our family of 6. The pool was a lovely break from everything else going on. Any time we needed help Rory co texted us immediately and took care of things. Thanks!

Beautiful stay
Home was very clean and quiet. The pool area had a lot of spiderwebs and a petrified lizard. Somewhat to be expected in the tropics I guess. Not really a big deal. Only thing I would’ve liked different is for the pool to stay on later fountains turned off late afternoon would’ve been nice for evening hours.

This property was as pictured clean and very well maintained. Beds were comfortable. Pool and all amenities were excellent. I would only 2 suggestions to make it better. Add tv to other bedrooms. Make 1 bathroom handicap accessible.

Bike weekend
The house is very close to the bike trail (& Publix and Walmart in case you need supplies). We rode our bicycles to Inverness one day and Dunnellon one day. Plenty of room in the house for our 6 people and our bikes. Big pool and lots of room on the screened in patio.

Clean House / Pool and Pool area require much TLC
The House was nice and clean and well equipped. Everything inside was well organized and neatly stored. However; what we thought was pollen in the pool according to the pool cleaning people was algae. We paid $25.00 a day to heat what was really an un-useable pool. Additionally, the area around the pool had weeds growing in the cracks and need power washing. The young lady that came out personally inspect my concern stated that she would personally see that I was taken care of for the pool issues. I was waiting to see what exactly that meant before leaving this review. Please understand that everyone with VRBO was very professional. It is unfortunate about the pool and pool area.

DOGS - ARGH!!!
The property was OK. It's out of the control of the manager, but there are barking dogs in the neighborhood and naturally the worst one was in the house next to the master bedroom. It barked during late night as well as day. Bring earplugs or booze and you'll probably be OK.
