"The deck was full of leaves and tree falling. We had to quickly sweep before guests arrived. Door from lower level had cobwebs on it. Floors were not the cleanest. We moved the couch to look for a lost ring and under the couch was not clean at all. There was not enough wash clothes for our 12 guests and there was not any shampoo in the showers. "

"A fantastic stay in this 3 level home. It was quiet and close to both Iowa City and North Liberty, where we had family. The biggest hit was the ping pong table. "This property is one of the best places that we have ever rented. We had ten adults and eight children and it never seemed crowded. There were more than enough beds for everyone.
