"This home is exactly as described. Nestled in the quiet Great Neck section of Ipswich, it provided the perfect location to explore the Eastern Massachusetts coast and surrounding towns. Easily accessible to Boston as well as to the north to New Hampshire and Maine. The house itself is modest but generously stocked with everything you would need for an enjoyable stay. "This property was a good value. We were in town for a high school graduation so we weren't at the unit very often. The sofa in our unit was old and uncomfortable, and the bathroom was very small. The stairs walking up to the units and our particular unit are very steep. The property manager was very easy to get ahold of and helpful. Overall it is a good value."
