"We had a wonderful family vacation here! The home is modern, clean, and fully stocked with everything you might need during your stay, which is so helpful if you’re coming from far away. The location and view are beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. The property manager is kind, prompt and very helpful. Our three young children enjoyed the bunk beds and the outdoor area. We would definitely stay here again!"

"This has been our favorite VrBo hands down! From the moment you walked in with the smells, then the kitchen with eggs from their farm, fresh baked cookies and bread with homemade jelly! Also had fresh milk from the cows that morning! The icing on the cake was having John the husband taking the time to show the boys how to milk the cows! Can’t wait to go back!"

"Easily the worst overnight stay I have encountered anywhere in my travels. We had no working water heater the first 24 hours so none of us could shower. The floors were sticky. We killed two sizeable spiders in the unit. The whole place smelled like chemicals but I couldn’t quite place what they were. Every shower had mold and mildew (and gross amounts of caulking) and mine included a sliver of dried bar soap complete with black speck inside the soap dish. The pillows were the kind you might...

"We loved our stay in Doolin! These lodges were a perfect home base for exploring this area. We visited the Cliffs of Moher, the Aran Islands, the Burren. Our lodge was so close to the Cliffs of Moher, we even went twice, because the cliffs are so beautiful, we couldn’t get enough. There are lots of pubs and places to eat nearby, and the lodge itself is equipped with everything for cooking. There’s no grocery store in Doolin, though, so get your groceries before getting to town. I would...

"Bathrooms were tiny, had no mirrors and hot water did not work in one. Remote for one tv did not work. Lighting was poor in kitchen and dining room. Pull on one drawer was broken. Exposed wires in dining room. Cushions did not fit in living room. Needed better instructions for stove."

"We had a great time staying at this property. It is in the heart of Connemara with easy access to Kylemore Abbey, Connemara NP, Clifden, Galway and Westport. The islands are very close as well. As you should expect Irish weather changes on a dime from rain to sun and back in a moments notice. The owners live on the property and are very friendly and helpful."

"Spacious and very well equipped unit that was perfect for 2 couples. Kitchen was excellent for self catering. Host was helpful and welcoming and we enjoyed the ambience of the place. Easy walking distance to stores, restaurants etc and great to be next to Killarney National Park. Highly recommended. "
