But this would be a great place for a fisherman only a mile or so from the river and a nice boat launch. The only issue I had there was only one half roll of toilet paper in the bathroom when I arrived had to go to To buy some more"

"Our stay was great. The cabin was cute and comfortable. Very quiet area with a great view. The host was very prompt in responding to our two very minor questions about the lock and more wood for the stove. The hot tub was clean and well maintained. The only thing I would say is the kitchen pots and pans are very minimal. So if you are like us and cook most meals I would recommend bringing what you need pan wise. All in all a nice relaxing weekend away. "

"This was our third year here for a week. We love love the new deck and siding! Such a treasure I hate sharing how much we love this place for fear it will be booked up when I want to stay. Very homey and comfortable! It’s the next best thing to owning the place myself. ur favorite place to get away for a peaceful week. And our dogs come too because they love the big back yard and sitting on the river deck watching the fish go by. A++"
