If we were any more ocean-front, we’d be in the water! The condo was roomy and comfortable, but the location is what really steals the show. Luis was helpful, responsive, and spot-on with his recommendations. Thanks for a memorable trip!

Location beautiful
We had a wonderful week living here. The property manager was very helpful. He answered all our questions on a timely manner, gave us plenty of suggestions. We had a problem with water for a couple of hours, but he took care of that as well. The property is located on a very quiet beach, but accessible to restaurants and other drivable locations. The house is beautiful to sit and enjoy the waves from. Overall made our stay really enjoyable.

Disaster occurred and Host and VRBO did not help
The condo had an insect infestation which occurred when we were out for dinner. They came in under the doors. The insect were literally everywhere, flying around, on the walls and very step was crushing them on the floor. The host was unable to help and we were were unable to find alternative accommodations at 9pm and in a new country. We had to deal with the infestation on our own, purchasing cleaning supplies and a a vacuum cleaner as none were present in the condo. It took 6 people 4 hours to complete which included moving furniture and fridge and stove. This leaves a health hazard for the next guests as we understand these insects lay eggs in the baseboards and around the unit. Neither the Host or VRBO have been helpful and despite numerous calls with support staff who have promised to they have someone call us it is now 6 months and no one has bothered to call us.

Ocean Front Beauty!
I traveled to Isabela with a group of friends, and this property was absolutely perfect! Plenty of space and privacy for each couple. The views can’t be beat- ocean front terrace had an amazing look over Jobos beach and the hills behind. 10/10 for this property and host, Luis. Thanks so much for an amazing experience!

Would highly recommend!
Both the property surroundings and the condo are warm and welcoming. Having a place to stay that felt safe was important to us. This location provided a comfortable and spacious setting, had everything we needed from a fully stocked kitchen to a surplus of beach & bath towels. The owner, Luis, was great with his communications. I would highly recommend this location to others.

Can’t beat the location overlooking the ocean!
We truly enjoyed our stay near Jobos. It’s walking distance to a beautiful sheltered beach and overlooks the ocean. There’s also a fun food truck park just outside of the complex with lots of easy options. This place would be five stars except for some of the ware and tear in the house from the salt air. On arrival the upstairs door was out of its tracks but Luis worked hard to remedy. Unfortunately it was still pretty tough to open for the rest of the trip. The other doors are also corroded and need to be replaced. We also had some issues with the main fridge and freezer not keeping the food cold or frozen and had to trek upstairs to the upstairs fridge. Again, the location is great but there are just a few things that could make this place stellar.

The unit has a WONDERFUL view. The beach is good. There are rocks in the water so access to the sea is limited. The unit needs TLC. There is a beautiful balcony on the upper level. Unfortunately, it is almost impossible to open the sliding door to acces the balcony. This was disappointing as we thought we would use this area. But we could not because of the door being unable to open. The owner stated he had just found out about the door, but the door is rusted through. This has been an ongoing issue. The air conditioning units had gaps between the wall and the unit. Therefore, it was difficult to cool the room. We actually tucked towels in the gaps to try and eliminate this issue. There were lots of ammenties in the unit. Kitchen was fulled equiped for cooking, lots of beach towels and regular towels. The 2 coolers and beach chairs were a plus to be able to use. The mattresses were WONDERFUL as well as the pillows. Would definitely recommend if the items we stated were fixed.

Great location right on the beach!
My family and I had a great time at the spacious penthouse unit. We enjoyed the sand and surf being so close. There are lots of dining options close by along with a grocery store just a few miles down the road. Luis gave us great recommendations and was very responsive when I had a question. The unit was very clean and the complex is gated and quiet. The whole family enjoyed our stay and will return the next time we’re visiting Isabela.

Had a wonderful stay. 3 couples and none had been to Puerto Rico. The place was amazing and the perfect location. Only real issue we had was no water when we arrived, no fault of the condo. We contacted the host, Luis, and he promptly responded and said he would find out. He shortly responded back and had found out it was a water line break in the area and the water dept was working hard to get it fixed. We had water later that evening. The rest of the trip went smooth. Great views and accessibility to food/bars and beaches. Would definitely return

The property was amazing. Words can’t describe the sunrise and sunsets from the deck. We were 8 and everyone was comfortable. The unit is literally 3 minutes from Jobo’s beach and restaurants. Very impressive. Luis was a fantastic host. We will definately be back.

The condo exceeded all our expectations
The condo exceeded all our expectations! The ocean view was simply breathtaking, and the condo itself was spotlessly clean, bright, and extremely comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for meal preparation, and the complex was well-maintained and secure. Additionally, the condo was conveniently located close to several beaches, food trucks, and restaurants. We had an amazing stay and would definitely book again.

Lovely terrace
Condo was nice. Loved the upstairs terrace and view of Playa Jobos. Property seemed to have some sewer issues with odor and drainage problems outside of the first floor unit underneath us and the beachside boardwalk is no longer present. No water bottles allowed at your seat at the pool was a disappointment and security was strict with enforcing this. Food trucks next door were convenient and delicious. Would choose this unit again if we were to stay on this side of the island.

Perfect place to stay!
Condo has amazing views and a great location. The host is attentive and easy to contact. Comfortable beds (even the bunks) and clean! We had 8 adults and all enjoyed our stay. A few minor issues, but can't really complain. Loved our stay here!

Great venue for Family reunion
This penthouse unit had space galore! Clean, comfortable and extremely well-appointed from the kitchen to the linens /bedding to the rooftop patio furniture. We had a great sibling reunion there and the kitchen easily accommodated three cooks making homemade meals! Area restaurants and beaches were awesome and Luis’s suggestions were extremely helpful. I would absolutely stay again!

Perfect Jobos Stay
This property was exactly what we needed. The corner Jobos beach facing Penthouse was spectacular. We enjoyed coffee every morning on the top balcony and drinks under the stars at night. The proximity to the food trucks and El Wagon Bar were great too, especially considering our two rental cars were given away since our flights were delayed. Luis was beyond helpful with trying to help us find a solution. We walked to Jobos for the beach and dinners at night. The pool was refreshing and the beach was full of cool little pools and sea glass.

The view does not disappoint!
If you're looking for a large unit with an amazing view and a great host, this is it! It's hard to find an oceanfront with so many bedrooms RIGHT ON THE OCEAN. The location is great for being able to get out and explore the west and north beaches. Most were less than a 15 minute drive, some were less than 30 minutes. Isabela is a beautiful area. The food truck park was a big plus. We found lots of other amazing restaurants nearby. Luis was a very kind, gracious host - the condos were easy to find and check in was a breeze thanks to his pre-trip communication. While we spent the majority of our time on the go through the week, when we were home we spent the majority of our time on that AMAZING ROOFTOP PATIO. Since there is a mini kitchen and a bathroom on the second floor, we didn't even have to go up and down the stairs each time we needed something. The interior of the unit was nice-ish. The kitchen was amazing. Obvious other improvements are being made throughout and it was VERY clean on arrival. The rest of the interior is not super high end and why I didn't give it a perfect score overall. But it's definitely workable and enjoyable since not a lot of time needs to be spent indoors when you're in sunny PR with beaches and mountains to explore. Made some suggestions to the owner to make things more enjoyable overall. If he's not able to make those improvements, DON'T hesitate to book this unit! The view and location trumps any of the other minor things that may be lacking

8 days of sun and awesome views
My daughter's 21st birthday was taking to a new level with the location of this rental. The views, many beaches within short driving distances were great. There was one that was a 10 minute walk (Jobo beach). Check in was a breeze. Food in the area was close and great tasting. The view from our roof top deck was breath taking and I would just sit there and watch. The community pool was a break from the busy busy days we would have. I would definitely book again for another family vacation.

Wonderful Family Getaway
Wonderful place. Had 8 adults. My husband and I and our adult kids- who turned into children when we walked in admiring and running around to pick their room. The four bedrooms were perfect and all great sizes. Of course my husband and I got the best room upstairs that led onto the balcony that had amazing view overlooking beach. It was our sunset wake up and wind down time area. Airport is 6 minutes away, beaches about 20 minutes, grocery store 5-10 minutes. Yummy Food trucks and local restaurant/bar all walking distance. Everyone we met were very nice-from front gate gentlemen to locals. Jose had great communication response when I had a question. Thank you Jose! Definitely recommend!

Amazing location
We loved our stay! The location is perfect. Beach views are breathtaking. Kitchen stocked well and kitchen is updated from online pictures. Beds are comfortable. Luis was great. Definately one of the best beachfront property’s we have rented!
