"There was a good vibe and the backyard was really nice. The hot tub was used a couple of time. Great location to the beach and the grocery store. My son and I walked there to do some shopping. Note: the guitar on the wall was missing the 6th string, but my son was still able to play Jack Johnson song 😊"

"We loved the location and overall amenities were very suitable. With a little love this place would be perfect. A few mattresses were a bit hard and uncomfortable, the patio furniture needs to be replaced, and the kitchen and bathrooms could use some updating. But the price was reasonable and you can't beat the location. The property manager was also very nice. We would stay here again."

"We have been coming to Silverstrand for 30 years and love the nice cool beach and quaint neighborhood. We loved this beach house and would absolutely stay there again. It is basic, uncluttered, a little worn but comfortable. The kitchen is pretty small and the cookware is old but it’s all functional. The house gets a little warm but the owners provide large fans and with the windows and doors open it cools off very nicely. The bathrooms are nice and the outside shower was great for rinsing off...

"We had a great stay! The place was very clean, well-maintained, and convenient - close to Silver Strand Beach and a short walk to restaurants & Kiddie Beach. We would definitely stay here again, although maybe not until our kids are a little older and less inclined to touch all the knick knacks and push all the buttons!"

Listing was accurate, but further details sent by host suggested there was a hot tub. Host explained that the information was ‘generic’ to several properties. This was misleading and unfortunate."

"We had a miscommunication that was totally NOT the host’s fault but rather an emergency trip to the hospital that left me incommunicado!
