"Had a pleasant 2N stay at the hotel. The service from the front reception to bell boy is excellent. Was greeted by Mr Willy who is very friendly and patiently responded to my questions on my room request. Very pleased to note that my room was available before checkin time and my special request has been satisfied. "The room was filthy. The toilet reeked of urine and there was a heavy build up of gunk all around the toilet bowl and shower area.
