"Wonderful Escapism A treat away for my 50th birthday. Exceptional service throughout our stay from bar and restaurant staff, through to the lovely cleaning ladies. Made my stay very special, fabulous food both at the Pilchard Inn and the black tie dinner. Any little issues were dealt with straight away and am already looking for an excuse to go back again, oh and you must brave it and take a swim in the mermaid pool."

"This hotel is wonderful. Rooms are beautifully decorated with everything you could need. Comfortable bed and plenty of space. We had an evening meal which was probably the best meal ever!! "A warm welcome after our long journey, which relaxes you straight away. We were shown our room, and it met our needs. We celebrated our Wedding Anniversary over this time, and found the staff very approachable, with the Breakfast having a good choice overlooking the beach. Ample secure carparking facility next too the hotel. The facilities in the hotel/ room, met our needs. We would recommend to others, and hope to return in the not too distant future. "

"We booked very last minute, due to an unforeseen problem with our holiday cottage. When we arrived it was literally 5 mis before they stopped serving food BUT the chap said I'll go and ask the chef .,. He did and we enjoyed a very hearty excellent steak and ale pie each. Absolutely delicious, nothing too much trouble. Breakfast cooked to order and v attentive staff throughout."

"We had an amazing room, The Penthouse, with beautiful views of the coast. Had a very warm welcome.
