"The condo was very comfortable! The pictures and description were accurate. Kitchen was more than equipped. We have never had a VRBO kitchen with as many cooking accessories. We enjoyed the screen porch every evening! So close to many restaurants and shops! Will definitely come again!"

"A beautiful, very large house near the beach. The pool and jacuzzi came in handy on rainy days. One caution is there is a lot of construction work going on all over the island due Milton and Ian so it can be noisy at times. - we will definitely be back next year"

"Clean. Within walking distance to the beach. Beach chairs and beach toys a nice touch. Good location. Quiet location. The only thing missing are draperies on all of the windows. The sun shines through the sliding glass doors in the morning and makes it a little warm. Could probably save some money by putting up blinds to keep the sun out and not run the air conditioner constantly. All in all we had a lovely stay at The Bungalow in Captiva . Thank you."

"We just returned from a week in Captiva and had a great time. We had two families with 4 children in the house. The location is great and close to everything in town. The beds were comfy and the kids enjoyed the pool. It was really nice having the beach gear there for us to use as well. Larry was very friendly and was able to let us check in early which was nice. Only things I would mention is that the downstairs bathroom for the queen bedroom is rather small for two adults to use (only one...

"It was so nice to find a place on the island where a large group of my family could all stay together. We were on the island for a family wedding at 'Tween Waters Resort. The location of this house was perfect! We enjoyed the pool as it was quite warm during our stay in September. The property was just as described and the online pictures were exactly what we saw. First, neither the photos nor the description mentioned the construction around the house, which includes a plywood barrier along the beach and beach path. "Part of me wants to resist leaving a review to keep this incredible cottage to ourselves, but the Captiva Charm is nothing short of magical. The grounds and house are even better than pictured and had every amenity we could want (with the exception of a blender). "Great home with a great location to restaurants, beach and an amazing sunrise. We had a party of 15 and there was more than enough room to accommodate. Some minor issues but the property manager took care of it right away. Excellent communication from the property manager throughout. I would definitely rent again!"

"There were eleven family members. The home and pool were wonderful. The only problem was the icemaker did not work the whole week which meant we bought a lot of ice. "

"The place wasn’t cleaned when we arrived. Prior guest had a dog and there was dog hair everywhere. I called management and they sent cleaners right away. So that was great. Location is awesome! We walked everywhere. The Mucky Duck food was not good at all. And they only serve beer and wine. Captiva is still rebuilding after Ian."

"We just got back from a week at Sandy Seas with extended family in two houses on the street with 6 adults, two teens, and two kids all in SSV comfortably.
