"This is a beautifully updated duplex in a great centralized location and lovely, quiet neighborhood. Easy drive to downtown and all the beaches and attractions. Very clean, AC works great and ceiling fans in bedrooms a plus. The only downside is that there are not easily accessible electrical outlets for today’s multiple devices needs. A charging station would be helpful. "

"The outside property was very spacious with a beautiful pool, tables, chairs, loungers, and a barbecue grill and griddle. Unit B suited our needs well. The neighborhood was private and quiet except for the construction of a house next door, which no one could have foreseen. It was close to shopping, grocery stores and recreational opportunities. "
