"We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Kuzmanic. Adrian was the most polite and helpfull host, really easy to communicate with. Place was as described, well equipped and super tidy. Nice surprise was breakfast served to our apartment at precise time we wished - I had totally forgotten we booked it! Felt almost too good for this fair cost of accommodation, so we were truly happy to fairly tip for it. :) At the end of September the neighborhood, with quite a lot of apartments, was really quiet. "From the minute we arrived, Iveca and his family did everything they could to make us feel welcome. The apartment is spacious, clean, well equipped and with wonderful views from the balcony. Relaxing by the beautiful private pool was a highlight of the holiday as was the delicious meal that Iveca cooked for us. The location was fantastic, with beaches and cafes in walking distance. Villa Knez and our hosts were perfect in every way! "

"Die Tage die unser erwachsene Enkel und wir in der Ferienwohnung verbringen durften war für uns sehr entspannend. Der Ausblick aufs Meer einmalig, besonders, da noch keine Hochsaison war und die benachbarten Ferienhäuser so gut wie nicht belegt waren. Die Tips bezüglich Restaurants, Strände usw. waren sehr gut. Top ist auch der Parkplatz direkt am Haus, da die Straßen doch sehr eng und steil sind. Villa Neira ist sehr zu empfehlen!!!"

"We loved our time in Okrug Gornji. The accommodation was very comfortable, very clean and had a stunning view over the bay. The owners were friendly and very helpful with good suggestions of where to visit, including where to park! It's a steep walk down to the sea and back but well worth it as the water was beautiful. But the pool and terrace were a great alternative. Overall a great place to stay."

"We had a lovely time at the villa and were very well looked after by our host. The villa is well kitted out with all necessary items and even on a rainy day you would be very comfortable! We didn't have a car for the first few days of our 3 week stay and would recommend one if you are unable to manage the few steep roads in the neighbourhood. "Other than the comms beforehand the place was excellent for a family stay. On the beach with a private pool. Three large ensuite bedrooms. Really well laid out and very well kept with a barbecue on the terrace. In terms of location it's quite good. 20 mins from split airport but not under the flight path. "Efter en veckas segling landade vi (7st) i härliga Trogir och fick ett väldigt varmt välkomnande av familjen som driver Vinko. Kall dryck serverades och vi blev inbjudna till att när som helst knacka på om vi hade frågor. 100 m till fin strand och ca 500 m till Trogirs gamla stad med mysiga gränder, massor av restauranger mm. "We had a wonderful week staying in this lovely villa. The house had everything we needed and was an easy walk into the centre of Trogir Old Town, with its beautiful buildings and wide selection of lovely restaurants, shops, etc. The whole family loved it and we’d come back any time! "The villa is very well equiped and modern with a lovely pool and very near the beach so a great combination. The owner of the villa is a lovely lady and very helpfull. There are plenty of restaurants to eat out very close by. The only minus is getting supermarket provisions. Only little grocery shops are near by and to get a proper stock up have to travel much further ."

You can seek both sun and shade at the well-furnished balcony, but there is no roof in case of rain. "When we booked this was rated as 4-star. Plenty of space, comfortable bed and nice friendly owners, but 4-star it isn't. We were also lead to believe that it was in walking distance of various restaurants but there was nothing - the nearby hotel had a beach bar/restaurant but that closed for the season during our stay (in September?). Views over a building site! The photos on the Villa's website include several that are actually of the mentioned hotel, not Villa Nico and it's own facilities."

"This beautiful property is in Trogir and sits at the top of the overlooking the town. The house and pool were wonderful! Everything is modern and up to date with an easy walk to the town. The roads are narrow for driving but we had a large van and there is private parking. I highly recommend this property, we were a family of 7 adults with lots of room"

"Muy buen hotel. Situado en un excelente lugar. Todo lo haces caminando. La recepción muy amable. Los cuartos muy cómodos, los baños bastantes amplios y cómodos, Tiene aire acondicionado. Check out es 10am En la noche el restaurante del hotel se convierte en otro Restaurante que tiene estrellas Michelin. Me tocó habitación 102.. no la recomiendo, porque está la ventana junto al restaurante y a las 6am empiezan a hacer muchisimo ruidos. Pero el hotel es magnífico. LO RECOMIENDO "
