"They dont do ur room everyday and dont have standard information on how to request for it. One day they made the room late in the afternoon while requesting in the morning. Next day they didnt do it and said we have to give notice 24hrs in advance. Staff is not that friendly except for maybe one person. When you are paying a hotel you expect to receive all the services as you are paying full. Even a bottle of water cost but you dont get your room cleaned everyday and you have to remind them and...

"Front desk and dining room staff are all courteous and helpful. I have stayed here for a week to 12 days in four of the last 5 years and will return. The dining room is very good and we enjoyed the newer menu. After a snowstorm I asked to borrow a shovel to move some snow from our rental vehicle. When the front desk person got one for me he volunteered to do the shovelling for me. It wasn’t a big deal for me to do it but I most certainly appreciated his offer to help."
