"The house is well maintained. Check-in was very easy. The house is located in the woods in a bit of a labyrinth of small roads. The kitchen facilities were great. Craig had recently purchased a new set of pots and pans that were in excellent condition. Craig was extremely helpful and welcoming. Everything functioned well from the stove to the bathroom. "

"This was our third time staying at Steve’s cottage. It has been wonderful each time. The property is maintained well and very clean. Perfect location to walk to the beach, use the community pool and shop/dine on Main Street Hyannis. Steve is very prompt to respond and checks in with us to make sure our stay is perfect. We highly recommend this property and will be back in the future!"

"We had a fantastic stay at this property—it’s clean, bright, and welcoming! The bed and pullout were comfortable and the house was spacious and well-appointed. It was a great, quiet location on the center of the island but no more than a 15 minute drive to all we wanted to see and do. "Great location mid island, outdoor space was a really nice perk to the quaint room and bathroom was a good size. "We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. It was perfect for my family including my 3 grandchildren ages 8, 5 and 3. The fenced in backyard with the pool was beautiful. The quiet dead end street made riding bikes a breeze and very safe for the kids. The neighbors were lovely and we created some incredible memories! My daughter lives in Mashpee and it was a 5 minute drive to her house. It was truly perfect!"
