"Friendly and professional staff. Duplex apartment was nice with its own kitchenette. However there was no running hot water, it only comes in a bucket on request. Also there’s no choice of breakfast, you eat what they serve. I would have thought buffet breakfast would be in place for a place that pricey. "

"When we arrived at the Azaria Hotel, we discovered that a man named Samson or Samuel had sold our reservation to another person, so we were left stranded. It was a really traumatic experience. Corruption at its best. Also the pictures of the hotel do not depict what the hotel actually looks like."

"WARNING DO NOT BOOK THROUGH EXPEDIA. I am lucky I have stayed in some fantastic accommodation all around the world .This could be up there too except small details let it down. The Apartments are amazing ,large and spacious very well appointed.However the Vendor did not accept my booking on arrival and threatened eviction unless I paid nearly £500 more than the price I had already paid Expedia in local currency .The Security Bond was 3x higher than listed on the site ,again local currency not...

"This property is a full scam online. Once you pull up to the gate, they deny you access and say they'd no longer rent apartments for sublet.Even though I prepaid through expedia. "If you are one of the people that get the opportunity to lodge at this place, count yourself lucky. This place is beautiful, very spacious, secure and comfortable. The maintenance man, Juwon, is as hospitable as you can get in Lagos. The proprietor, Precious Eze, is a gem. I have nothing but great remarks to give."

"Property is as advertised and the host is excellent. Sunday provided some cool places to check out and the onsite security helped with arranging ubers and finding local eateries and shops. The flat was very clean and in walking distance to almost everything you would want. I would absolutely stay again. 5 star host."

"Nice property. Marketed as Banana Island ' but actually on Banana Island Road in Ikoyi Complimentary breakfast delayed till midday everyday! Not fair . Most time we will have had to buy food Food quality just moderate -good packaging though! We had to leave the breakfast on the last day , despite knowing the check out was 11am , there was no breakfast till we checked out at 1130 am The only consolation are the nice staff -Emmanuel , Victor , Tinuola and Sola They can do much better ."
