"We enjoyed our week in this great house in a remote location. Really lived up to our expectations in every way.Kitchen was had everything we needed.Single track roads to negotiate in this part of the island were not a problem for us.wi-fi was good and plenty to do with lovely beach nearby."

"Gorgeous cosy cottage with stunning views over the Uig sands. 3 generous double bedrooms, very well stocked kitchen including a double air fryer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, good WiFi. 2 minute walk to access the lagoon of Uig sands, we swam everyday. "Everyone should put it on there bucket list. The owner was outstanding, very informative and helpful in all aspects of the trip. I would highly recommend the motorhome option on the Hebrides — but only —if people are comfortable driving a large vehicle on some very tiny Scottish roads. The motorhome was great and drove very nicely, and had everything needed for a wonderful stay. The only weak link will be the drive for him or herself. "The house overlooks Loch Erisort in a beautiful, quiet setting. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortably furnished with a better equipped kitchen than is found in many rental properties. We found it a good location for visiting Stornoway, the west coast of Lewis, and Harris. The local area to the south and east is also worth exploring. We had a meal at the local hotel which was pleasant, but, we thought pretty expensive, so wouldn’t really recommend that. "

"Fabulous stay at the Hebrides Bothy. Very comfy bed, lovely and warm bothy, good cooking facilities and fridge. Shower was lovely and hot. Games supplied, and Netflix available too. Bluetooth speaker available for playing music. Suzanne made us feel very welcome and provided some yummy cakes. She also provided a blow up mattress and extra bedding. Only one complaint about our stay it just wasn't long enough! Thank you for a fabulous stay. "

"Unvergessliche Tage in North Galson, Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Die Hütte ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Bad ist schön und wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. "We had an amazing week in this very special place - a beautiful location. The house is spotlessly clean and fitted out to a very high spec. "A simple request for an earlier checkin (regularly scheduled at 4pm!) was reluctantly accepted but only for one hour earlier, and with a 10 gbp fee! I refused. Soundproof is next to non-existent. My bed was leaned to one side. It is clean, and the breakfast (served only at 8) was delicious."
