"Very clean and nicely decorated with a beach theme. The rental is a part of the St. Hazards complex, but is listed as being across the road. This inaccuracy caused issue with the shuttle driver as the address given through VRBO app doesn’t match the actual physical address. The online guidelines and the rental property binder didn’t mention the hot water heater switch. We found it easy, but some folks may struggle. Outside of those issues our stay was outstanding. "This was an amazing home located halfway between families to meet and celebrate Thanksgiving. Doug communicated quickly and effectively and we had a great time! Accommodated all of us with a large enough space to all be comfortable! Lots of TVs for football and kids movies! Breweries were fun! Shopping by was great! "We LOVE Kelley’s Island and have been coming yearly for over 20 years. As the family has grown us “kids” now have spouses etc and so there was a need for more room. This house is absolutely perfect. Great space, perfect location, adorable back deck for relaxing and a lovely kitchen for anything you need. We’ll be back!- highly recommend and great host communication. "

"We booked this lovely 4 bedroom condo for our annual Fall Break Girls trip. My 2 grown daughters, my twin granddaughters and me! The condo was lovely and the photos were current and accurate. 3 of the bedrooms had access to a terrace or balcony. We had plenty of bath towels but could have used a few more in the kitchen. We opted to rent a 6 passenger golf cart so our travels around our island home was easy and fun. My only disappointment was the poor landscaping below our balcony. Broken wall...
