"Nice basement unit apartment. Some mold on the bottom of shower curtains and corner of bathtub, and no towel rack available but coat hanger on back of bathroom door used instead. No bad smells or noticable dirt otherwise. Stairs to entryway somewhat steep but there are rubber grip mats and handrail nearby. Used the clothes washer and dryer once, good results. Appreciated the plate of treats and coffee mix."

"Friendly and very responsive host. Great location. Really liked the view from the condo. Check in wasn’t that complicated, but could have been easier. Disappointed at how old the unit was for the price. Also there was no A/C or fan in the unit and it was very hot. Had to leave the slider and windows open all night, but flies kept coming in and that was very annoying. The bed didn’t fit the bed frame and it wasn’t ideal… I’m not sure I would stay here again unless the price was cheaper....

"The listing is accurate and it was a very clean place to stay. Check in instructions were clear and easy. We enjoyed our time! The only thing is that we were afraid to use any of the apartment items as there were signs everywhere instructing us on proper usage and fees if things were not cleaned up to the owners standards.
