We were instructed to pick-up the key and that went well, but in the apartment it was stated that we should have had 2, i Kontaktet the kontaktperson that we only had one and got no respons. The worst thing was on the night before your departure where at 11.45 pm 6 men came in in the apartment because they also had a key and a reservation. This is under no circumstances acceptable."
