"I highly recommend this property. Jack, the owner, is very helpful. From the moment we booked the property he sent a ton of useful information about the island, places to go for shopping, groceries, dining out, water rentals. You name it, he sent it. Cay, the property manager does an excellent job at maintaining the home and greets you upon arrival. There’s so much to do at the home you don’t actually ever need to leave. We snorkeled with sea turtles behind the house. It’s well stocked and well maintained. Book the property! You’ll have no regrets. I can’t wait to go back! "Our stay at Jack’s house was absolutely perfect! Jack is the best host we have ever had in a rental property. The house was stocked with everything we needed and then some, and his communication was top notch. We arrived right as a tropical storm was beginning and Jack stayed in constant contact making sure we were good. The house has a generator, so we kept power during the 36 hours when the storm was passing, which made staying in from the storm easy. Jack had so many suggestions for restaurants and activities—so helpful for us as first time visitors to Exuma. The house was clean and comfy, the air conditioner works great, and the screened in porch let us be outside in the early morning and evenings without having to worry about the bugs biting. Last but not least, the beach and the dock, easily our favorite part of the property!! The water is so shallow and calm at low tide, perfect for young kids and exploring. At high tide our kids (8 & 11) loved jumping from the dock and snorkeling under it! We loved everything about our stay and can’t wait to come back! "

"We had a fantastic stay this past week at this property! The location of the Villa was perfect- steps away from a gorgeous beach and having a nice pool was amazing. We also appreciate the privacy it (Villa) provided.My family and I have stayed at other properties on Exuma, this by far has to be the best one! This modern Villa is laid out perfectly, plenty of room for two large (we brought our best friends along this time) families. The entire property is immaculately maintained!The location of the property is close to the airport and very central on the island. The kitchen is well stocked and there is plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy a home cooked meal together. Thank you Angelique, Gabby and Dmitri for the opportunity to enjoy your beautiful property!! We will be back!!"

"This was our 7th or 8th trip to Exuma (from Fort Lauderdale) and once again we had a wonderful experience. February Point is a great neighborhood, so close to Georgetown shopping and basics. The rental is huge and has so many amenities. My husband loved the gym and I loved the family of sea turtles under our dock. Having the boat as part of the rental was THE BEST PART however. Exuma is all about having access to the water we have found. This truly made this our best vacation there yet!"

"Check in and interaction with the property manager was easy, timely, and clear. The property was all it was advertised to be and more. Our family (us plus our 6 college-aged kids and one high schooler) had plenty of room for hanging out, cooking, eating and enjoying water sports (kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming in the pool). The kitchen was well equipped and there was an extra refrigerator in the laundry room and a grill outside. Location is central to airport, Georgetown, and Little Exuma. Enjoyed use of the boat as well. All in all the perfect family vacation getaway for families of all ages!"
