"No pudimos quedarnos. El cuarto no tenía baño. Había que compartir el baño con el resto de las habitaciones y en malas condiciones. Sin tapa de servicio. Palanca de hablar cadena de baño no servís. El encargado es una persona con cero tolerancia, discutiendo con nosotros. Nos fuimos para otro hotel. Espero el rembolso. Puede verificar que nos fuimos inmediatamente. Ya que ellos mismos nos dijeron que informaramos y solicitará os reembolso"
