"Location is right downtown, 5 minute walk to the water front. Easy parking by the house for one car and personal nice garden area. Very new and clean inside and the kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need re utensils, spices, coffee, teas etc. The second bed is on the main floor the only issue is you have to make the bed by pulling the coffee table into the L-shaped sofa and then place a board and mattress on top. Not a big deal but I don’t remember reading that in the original...

"A lovely, ideally placed, well equipped, comfortable apartment, everything you need is there and our host Greg a wonderful host leaves plenty of useful information about the area and points of interest. The house is at a wonderful spot with great views of the lake. Each and every room is equipped with everything you need. We loved our Patio. The house is the cleanest one I’ve ever been to with real wood all around the house and everything is so unique and antique about it. "

"Our stay was perfect, not one complaint about the unit at all. The host Kristine was a pleasure to deal with, replied to my messages very quickly. The location was perfect as we were in Kingston for a wedding and we were able to walk to our son’s house. We will for sure stay again during our next visit to Kingston. "

"The owner was very friendly and helped us make our visit with our daughter and her husband extra special. The owner was very responsive to a few requests and the property felt like a home away from home. It was very well maintained and clean.
