"We booked three nights at Andy’s Inn. What’s a great little find this was. We arrived and Judith gave us a smooth check-in. Patricia then escorted us to our apartment which was beyond spotless it was absolutely immaculate with every amenity available available.Unfortunately, that night when we went to bed the bed was creaking loudly every time we moved, it kept us awake all night. I reported this in the morning to Patricia, she was totally apologetic and said she would deal with it immediately....

"We had a great time but did not expect the ocean to be that rocky. It would have been more enjoyable if we knew in advance to pack tubes and water shoes. Everything else was great and exceeded our expectations!!"

"Clean, simple, convenient. Great shower. Everything worked. Quiet. The owner is quick to respond and very helpful. Heads up, our only gripe is with other patrons throwing towels (place holding) on chairs at the beach, then not using them all day. There are plenty of other chairs so we worked around this typical beach issue. If you want an umbrella, get out early. Otherwise there is plenty of shade from the pine trees."

"Great stay at this property with a great host who was easy and efficient to communicate with. Had a small plumbing issue that was resolved promptly by the owner and the unit with filled with convenient amenities. The location is fantastic and the kids thoroughly enjoyed finding and playing with all the hermit crabs on the beach nearby. The snorkeling just in front of the condo was pretty good too, let alone the sunset views every night! Highly recommend this property, especially if traveling...
