"We had a wonderful time at Breakers West. The condo was absolutely spotless. It was the only condo group that was occupied due to the recent storms. The shells were piled up 3-4 feet in some spots on the beach due to the storms. The Island is rebuilding but we found plenty of spots open for lunch and dinner. The condo was a very short walk to the beach and it had everything we needed for a week stay. We would highly recommend this property."

"This was our first trip to Sanibel since Ian and we were excited but a little apprehensive too. This rental couldn’t have been any better for our return. "The condo is just as pictured. It’s very recently renovated so everything is crisp and clean. The master bed is incredibly comfortable. The beach isn’t too terribly far away but it’s a bit of a walk. Fortunately, the owners have a wagon (and there’s an elevator to easily get it to the ground floor). I would not hesitate for a second in booking this condo. BTW: the shelling was amazing and owners are fantastic!"

"Breakaway Property Management answered my texts & calls promptly, they were helpful and polite. Location is close to the causeway and beach, with many paths leading to the water. The condo is comfortable with nice furnishings. The aesthetic is calming, clean, and roomy. We enjoyed our week and found many lovely shells and met some wonderful people from other parts of the nation. "
