Responsive
Caretakers were very responsive when we had a couple things come up. Right on the water with a big open living area and separated sleeping areas... great for extended family.

Dog poop, mouse poop, could not lock exterior door, fireplace issues, light bulbs burned out. Only stayed one night instead of four and now Evolve will not return my emails to get a refund on the remainder of the stay. The Host said they would refund me my money but I had to go through the booking site. But again, the booking site will not return my emails!!

Great location, great view
Group of 8 adults rented the house for a long weekend. Nice, large house. Well furnished, and stocked with all the necessities in the kitchen and bathrooms. The location and view are unbeatable. Check in and check out were totally seamless. No ridiculous checkout procedures like you see in some other properties. We were all very happy with the house, and would definitely stay again if/when we return to the area.

Nice location on a quiet bay. The family enjoyed the extra amenities like the paddle boards and kayak. The grill and fire pit were features we also took advantage of. It was nice to have a garage to keep a vehicle out of the elements. Something as simple as the board games was a nice surprise that we also had some fun with. We would definitely use this property again in the future.

Family vacation
The property was great. Property manager very helpful with all questions. We really appreciated all the amenities. Paddle boards kayaks and so on. Keep my family busy on the water. Enough space for my large family of 14

Beautiful Views
Lovely property with a gorgeous view of Mille Lacs Lake. There were a lot of bugs, mosquitos (which bite) and lake flies (which look like mosquitos but don’t bite) which made it difficult to sit outside at night, but that’s just part of lake living. During the day the grounds were a great place to relax and enjoy the breeze. Needed to contact the property manager during our stay and she was delightful to talk to and very helpful. I would recommend this as a place to stay for your lake visit.

I would drop the ‘slip” to the name of the property since there is no slip/ lift available ; just a dock to tie the boat for the night in shallow water. Great stay over all

Family reunion
With family from the Twin Cities and Duluth, this was the perfect halfway point to meet. The set up and layout met all our needs. Our contact person was accessible and helpful. The weather was very windy and stormy. We had reserved and paid ahead for the pontoon boat and weren’t able to use it. The lake was choppy with white caps. Beware of the unique conditions of this lake before reserving the pontoon boat.

Wonderful Stay
This place was perfect! Three families. Six adults, seven kids between 4-11. There were plenty of space for all to spread out and enjoy our time. The kitchen was stocked!! We love cooking delicious meals and it had everything we needed to prep. The views from the large windows facing the lake brought a lot of natural light. The shoreline isn't quite beach quality, but our kids still spent hours each day. It was shallow enough that the adults had a peace of mind watching from the dock. We used the inflatable tubes, noodles, and SUP that was available and even rented out their pontoon for a day. We'd definitely coming back.

Winter retreat
Great home with lots of natural light. Plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the lake and surrounding nature. Lots of winter activity to choose from and I'm sure summer is a blast!

Amazing getaway
Our stay was amazing. The property had everything we needed as far as utensils and cookware, blankets, pillowed etc. The listing did include a high chair that wasn’t provided so be sure to update listing or bring one with you if needed. The property manager was THE best! She was prompt to answer any questions and went above and beyond to accommodate our check in and check out. We will definitely be returning and hoping to make this place apart of our family traditions moving forward!
