We arrived two hours after check-in time hoping we would get straight into our room. A man behind the desk gave us a room key and just as we started to head out of the foyer to try and find the room, the manager came along and grabbed the key out of my hand and said we wouldn't be in that room and told us to wait in the restaurant.
We waited for 15 minutes there and we were then showed up to our room by the same manager - obviously they were running behind and rushing things as there was still rubbish in the bin and mugs that had been previously used.
During the night it was cold and found out that our radiator was broken so I went downstairs to let them know, they brought up a portable radiator in 5 minutes which was good.
The restaurant is the best place in the hotel with the best wifi as well. The food is delicious but we wont be returning to stay, only to eat.
