"The owner met us there and had the fire going. He was very nice and gave us a lot of pointers on where to go and what to see, not your typical tourist attractions. We were there for a few nights for our honeymoon and he had a little surprise waiting for us when we got there. If your looking for a quiet cool little place to stay I would highly recommend staying here. Our only negative was the bed was a little small for someone who is a bit taller."

"The name says it all, what a view. The View is centrally located and allows you to see the other locations on the isle. The house is in an isolated area but the are two restaurants within a short distance. There is a grocery store within a 10 minute ride. Of the 6 different places we stated in Scotland over our 14 day trip, we loved this one the best."

Location is ideal for exploring northern and central Skye and the views over the loch are stunning & give lots of opportunities to watch the seals (sadly the otters weren’t playing when we were there) The property owner left great information about the house and the area both before our trip and at the house. "We absolutely loved our 10 days in Flora's amazing cottage. Check in was simple and hassie free. It was very clean on arrival and was really well equipped with everything you could need for cooking meals. All appliances worked well and were very easy to operate. Very comfy beds, fluffy towels and the shower is amazing! While there were a lot of high end (luxury) things in the house, it really isn't meant for 6 adults.Perhaps 4 medium sized people. The rooms were tiny and luggage had to be left in the living room.
