"We stayed here for two weeks and it was a perfect location for us. It is well situated on a lively family beach, with surfing, paddle boards, and clean restrooms. This beach, and those adjacent, are some of the nicest in Israel. The apartment is terrific; both it and its balcony offer a beautiful view of the beach and Mediterranean. "The apartment was OK, rather old but kept in a decent condition. We rent apartments because we like to cook our own breakfast but the kitchen wasn't really functional. Looks like it has never been used for actual cooking. Generally, the place just felt unloved. The area is safe and clean with a tram stop nearby. Unfortunately, it's stuck between a very religious neighborhood and an office area so there is nowhere to go nearby -- no restaurants, stores, etc. The closest supermarket is 10 min...

"This is my favourite part of the city to stay in. Few min walk to the Shuk and to Ben Yehuda St. Easy walk to the Old city. If you're up for a slightly longer walk (35-45 min), we walked from here down to the First Station and German Colony, Sachar Park, The Shrine of the Book, National Library - really amazing location. The good: - good hot water pressure, air conditioning and washer and dryer (except dryer broke 4 days into our 10 day stay and they never fixed it) The bad: - the pictures do not match up to the apartment.
