Great place to stay!
The unit was clean and well stocked. It had everything you need from kitchen wear to toilet paper. They even stocked the fridge with eggs,milk, and half and half from a local farm. Couldn't have asked for a better vacation spot. Plan to return next year.

Wonderful Place!
The 5 of us had plenty of room. The caretaker, Thomas, had stocked the fridge with milk, eggs, and cream for coffee. Fresh coffee beans and a grinder were a lovely touch . Beds were comfortable, and we had plenty of nice towels. Location is perfect: quiet neighborhood and easy walk to Ithaca Commons with its restaurants and shops.

Inside it was ok. Out side it Is not nice. It Is no Easy to get with the lagguage yo the house.
The laundry place Is terrible. We had an eléctrical problem. The unique Bathroom went out of light. Everything was ok but not what we expected. The location for our events was perfect. We round milk eggs Walter that was nice

Summer college student drop off
We were in Ithaca for the weekend and wanted to stay close to campus. This rental was perfect! The neighborhood is quiet and easy to negotiate. We walked to a nearby gorge for a morning of beautiful hiking. Tom, the property manager, contacted us to arrange a flexible check-in that allowed us to get our oldest settled in the dorm. The rental is spacious and very clean. We had everything we needed from the kitchen to the bathrooms and sleeping was great. Each room has a window fan or air conditioner. We had a wonderful time in Ithaca and will definitely recommend/re-visit this rental for future returns!

Wonderful place to stay with family
We very much enjoyed our stay! It was a lovely home to rest and unwind after activity filled days touring the area, boating, hiking, and visiting Cornell. Plenty of space to relax and connect with family in the main living areas, with clean and quiet bedrooms upstairs. It was a bit of a steep walk up to campus (as is everywhere), but the scenery of the waterfalls and the gorge made it worth the uphill hike. Perfect kitchen for family meals. Great communication with Steve and Thomas. We definitely recommend if you want a clean, quiet and comfortable space for family while visiting the area.

Perfect for our reunion group
We had a group of friends stay here for our reunion weekend. There was plenty of space for everyone, we never ran out of hot water for showers, and we slept well in comfortable beds. The location was fantastic. Easy to walk to the farmer's market, the Commons, and a nice uphill jaunt to Cornell's campus through the gorge trail. It was perfect!

We loved the apt- so much room, very clean and had all the essentials. The property manager was living onsite and was friendly and helpful. Such a short walk to Cascadilla falls and downtown. No complaints!!

Perfect location, very spacious, great rental.
We loved the property. It is within walking distance to Cornell, Ithaca Falls and Ithaca Commons. The apartment was very spacious, we stayed with our three children and each had their own room with no couch sleepers. The price was very reasonable compared to other rentals in the area. The owner was very responsive, and there is a property manager on site who is very helpful with any problems. I would absolutely stay here again.

Last minute Ithaca Getaway!
On Thursday morning I inquired about renting this apartment for Saturday for our family of four. By mid morning STEVE had already contacted me about a one night rental for the evening. It worked out perfectly. We arrived after lunch on Saturday and were hiking Buttermilk falls, about 10 minutes away, that same afternoon. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Plenty of room for a girls or guys getaway or a family like ours. Central location and within walking distance of many attractions. I highly recommend Steves place whether your stopping by Ithaca for just the night or for a week.

The carriage apartment was very clean inside. Nice country feel inside a city apartment. Great location and the building manager went way out of his way to make our stay as good as he could. All the neighbors were very friendly and kind.

Charming, comfortable, and cozy property perfect for a larger group in Ithaca.
This wonderful property served our group of seven very comfortably for a three night stay. We found the accommodations very clean and inviting. We especially liked how the modern wood accents and fixtures blend perfectly with the well preserved original elements of the home to produce a very cool decor. The location is great: set back from the road in a safe and quiet residential neighborhood and within easy walking distance to downtown and Ithaca's scenic falls. Plenty of street parking is available. The property caretakers were great hosts who went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome and had everything we needed.
