"Our boys fished the entire day and night away catching and releasing! There was plenty of outddoor space for a family get together. We had great host that answered any question we had. The house is exactlly as shown in pictures. The "cozy sleeping area" is just as much a bedroom as the others. We visit p.a often as i have family there! We have found our new everytime stay! With this home!"

"The property was great. The dirt roads to get in had a few potholes and dips, but overall fine. There were no instructions for the tv or the a/c unit. While the manager was quick to respond to our text, she didnt really know how to run the a/c either. There were no extra trash bags left other than the one already in the kitchen trash can. "This cabin was just what we were looking for! Beautiful views, lots and LOTS of space to run around, easy access to trails and so peaceful. We took the advice of the guide and visited Chet’s Place for dinner and visited the nearby lake. Both were great. My family and I had the most wonderful time and would love to return! 10/10 - would recommend!"

"Absolutely Amazing “Round House”! You have to see it to believe it! I’d love to know more about the history and design behind the whole property if possible? There is so much there to do and see! "We had the BEST experience!! Leah was extremely helpful!! It has great amenities if ur looking to stay and enjoy each others company without having to entertain anybody. There’s a great playroom with tons of toys for the babies and toddlers , loads of activities for teens and adults and a great pool to swim or just sunbathe!!! Would definitely consider going again!! The only issue we had were the mattress es, it’s not so comfortable…."

"Our good friends daughter was getting married at the Fern Hall Estate and we did not like the hotel options provided. We couldn’t have had a better weekend. The house is bigger and better than the listing shows. We were a party of 8 adults and a 1 year old and theee was plenty of room for all. The house was furnished beautifully."

"My family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids age 8&12) had a great stay! We arrived pretty late the first night and they had the house all lit up so we could find it easily! The house was as described, we found it very comfortable for our family. The kitchen is large and well appointed. The lake views were beautiful and property well maintained. Great proximity to Elk Mountain for Skiing... Definitely recommend!"

"Great social space for morning visits and late night dinners. I stayed with a couple fishing friends that drove in from MI and really only were there first thing and late in the evening after fishing. Excellent location for fishing the upper Delaware river system. The porch was wonderful for morning coffee and conversation."
