Only problem was furniture is pretty worn out. Couch needs to be replaced. Garbage location could be explained better. It was extremely difficult to control heat/air. Place was very clean and roomy and we enjoyed our time there

This place worked out very well for us, although I do believe you need to mention that they do not have an elevator. Also, it’s listed as a three bedroom. The third bedroom is a Murphy bed. I think that should also be mentioned other than that. It was a great location.

Perfect home base
Wanted a Jackson Hole location that was comfortable for my large family. We were able to explore downtown, Yellowstone and many surrounding towns/attractions with ease. This unit gave us all the comforts of my home- full kitchen, washer/dryer, comfy beds, etc. Would definitely rent again

Amazing location
Such good location for small children! Within walking distance is skiing, ice skating, snow roller coaster, pool/jacuzzi, and arcade. We also drove a few minutes to the Elk refuge which was amazing!

We loved the condo, it was great location and was a perfect spot for my adult family to meet for a summer vacation. It was great to be able to use the pool, spa and exercise room at the hotel, and my adult children loved the nightly smores.

Perfect for a family trip to Grand Teton
Our family just spent a week in Yellowstone and Grand Teton. After spending several nights in rustic Yellowstone hotels this 3 spacious bedroom condo was a hit with our kids. Your kids will love all the Snow King activities - mountainside coasters, mini golf, mazes, etc. Its also easier to talk your kids into hiking in Grand Teton if they have a pool and hot tub to look forward to at night. The location is great for anyone who wants to visit downtown Jackson as well. You're only a few minutes drive from town square and popular restaurants and bars. I would definitely stay here agin.

They were having staffing issues at the time I visited and weren't responsive. From what I understand (and like I said it wasn't explained to me), it's really two separate 1 bedroom condos, so I guess the couches make for "8". Vehicles: no parking on the street and the building parking might be problematic if you have a bicycle/canoe/storage on your roof. Finally they had complicated clean up rules and you get charged a lot if you don't follow. The place would work for certain types of people willing to pay the price and wanting a nice condo, but personally I wouldn't stay there again.

Beautiful Stay but check out was a stressful disaster
I absolutely loved this condo, until I had to check out, which took over an hour! I had paid for the reservation in full prior to arrival, but when I went to check out, the hotel said that I owed the entire balance. I had all the paperwork with me, so I was sure that I had already paid and it also had the property manager's phone number (Leavetown, not VRBO) on it. I called Leavetown and explained the situation and they had to call back the hotel and pay the balance by credit card. It was another 20 minutes and the payment had not been processed. I called back again and put the front desk person I was dealing with on the phone with Leavetown on my cell phone and after another 20 minutes of waiting and them attempting to process the payment, I was finally able to leave. My advice would be to make sure the balance has been paid upon check in and if not, call Leavetown right away for them to handle. Luckily, my flight was not until a few hours later, because otherwise I would have missed it. Aside from that debacle, the unit was very nice inside and the grounds were clean and well maintained. Only complaints about the unit itself are that there was not enough glassware in the kitchen and the coffee maker was very complicated. There are free airport shuttles that run on the hour, which saved a lot in transportation costs. The shuttle drivers were great and very accommodating. There is also the "Start on Demand" app, which gives you free rides all over the area.

Great location
The best part of the property is that it is located next to an awesome recreation area with an Alpine slide, Alpine coaster, etc. the pool, firepits and game room were all a huge plus. The staff were all very friendly. The water is an issue. Even in the summertime the temperatures get really cold in Jackson. I looked forward to taking a warm bath, but never got the opportunity because the water temperatures are lukewarm at best. I’m not sure if there have been control devices put on the taps or if the water heater needs to be replaced, but if warm water is important to you, this is not a great place to stay. Everything else was great. It was clean although everything is a little 90s and dated. It still is fine and rustic.

Avoid this property unless serious fixes are made
Despite a lovely location, I would caution against renting this property until serious electrical issues are properly addressed. Upon our arrival, the fireplace and stove/oven range were not working. We then found the fuse was turned off for the oven and flipped it on. After cooking our dinner, we went out for a while. Upon our return, we discovered that despite turning the oven off, there was a coil that did not turn off and had continued to heat in the oven for hours. We had to turn off the fuse to make it safe for us to sleep in our "luxury condo." We called the front desk (which is the number we were given by the property owners to deal with when there are problems). After having to call several times to a number that was not always answered, then having to wait on hold endlessly (as well as the issue that our fireplace would not turn on and our dishwasher was falling out of the cabinet it was installed in), we reported the issues. As we were trying to enjoy our vacation, we were unable to be there when people came to look at these issues the next day; however, we left detailed information as to what the ongoing issues were when we spoke on the phone to report the issues. The issues were not dealt with (besides the fireplace), and we had to call again repeatedly trying to get these safety issues addressed. They never were in our stay and we were extremely frustrated by having to waste our vacation time trying to fix the property we spent a lot of money to stay in.
