Perfection!
Great location to the beach and some very good restaurants. House was immaculate and pool is massive. Owner was very responsive and very nice. When we go back to jax beach this home will be my first choice!

Totally Awesome
From making the reservations to checking out was a great experience. Sarah was a stellar host! I went for surgery and treatments at the Mayo clinic which I shared with her prior to arriving. While we were there, hurricane Helena was approaching so she brought supplies of water, snacks, flashlights and food, to help out. She also brought a beautiful bouquet of flowers that brightened my weeks of medical procedures. The place is very well equipped plus some and was spotless. Beds were comfortable and decor was subtle and relaxing. Communication was perfect and enjoyable. The bikes and pool were great to have to get around. Location is perfect as was every little detail. This is an absolutely perfect place to stay! Thank you for everything Sarah! I will be returning for more care and hope and pray this is available. I can not say enough about the experience!

Perfect Getaway!
These folks get it! They are the poster children for a perfect vacation rental. You want for nothing here. Loved the location to everything we wanted to do. The worst part of this was having to come back to reality. We cannot wait to come back! Thank you for sharing this with us.

Beautiful Home!
I stayed in this home for a business trip to the Jacksonville area. I was very impressed with how well appointed and clean everything was. The backyard was fenced so my dog could run around, and the pool was beautiful and a real treat to come home to. The front MB was perfectly appointed for a great night of rest with and very comfortable bed and private bath. Would definately return and stay in this home again.

Loved it!
We loved this place. It was very clean and bright and had everything we needed. The three bedrooms and three baths provided plenty of space for our family. We really appreciated that we could bring our dog and the nice neighborhood was great for taking them on walks. Sarah was very responsive to any questions I had. I would definitely stay again.

Peaceful and well appointed
Enjoyed our time despite the weather not being favorable. Found great restaurants nearby. Had plenty of space to spread out when needed but loved having a table for card games and a cozy living room to gather for movies.

Wonderful spot!
Our family had so much fun at the house! The pool was definitely a plus! We forgot my daughters glasses and the staff promptly mailed them to me! I felt like I was at a family members house!! Thank you! Will be on my list for our Jacksonville trips!

Family
Perfect place for my family to take one week and have all my kids meet up with me. We enjoyed it so much we hated to leave.Our emotional support animals enjoyed it just as much. Will definitely be back. We didn’t need anything except for food. Publix conveniently close by as well as the beach. I’d give Sara 5 stars

Perfect !
Blue Palm retreat was the perfect home for visit to Jacksonville. The home was nicely decorated , light and airy along with being pristine clean ! Our family enjoyed the location in the quiet neighborhood for daily walks with our dog . The personal touches from the owner was a welcoming touch . Communication was top notch ! We never had any issues , but the communication prior to our stay was outstanding!

Beautiful home and location!
We use VRBO at least once a year, sometimes more and this was the first home that had almost everything we needed! Sarah thinks of everything and makes sure that you feel like you are home. She is also very quick to respond to any questions and never makes you feel like you are bothering her.

Well maintained updated modern home w/pool
We were 4 minutes drive to the beaches, in a quiet established neighborhood. The landscaping in the backyard is tropical and the heated pool was huge. The house is updated inside and very comfortable. The communication from Sarah M was excellent.

Jax Beach home with pool
This Jax Beach home was the perfect for a family gathering. Had three bedrooms and three full baths. Plenty of space for six adults. Pool is extremely large and perfect for cooling off. House is very clean and we loved the bikes for getting to the beach.

Birthday weekend
My family and my sister’s family came together to celebrate our birthdays. The house was perfect. Property was clean and well maintained. The owner went above and beyond with insuring all the little details were covered. Even left a birthday card and balloons for my sister and myself. The pool was very enjoyable and the distance to the beach was not far at all. We will definitely be back again.

Great Stay!
This stay was just what our family needed. Enjoyed plenty of time relaxing by the pool with our kids and dog. Also, we were close enough to the beach, but not too close. The bikes were a huge plus to have so that we did not have to deal with parking when going to the beach or restaurants. Owner was very easy to communicate with and very quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Perfect Beach House
Everything was fantastic. Loved everything about the house and how close proximity it was to the beach. We were ecstatic when we found out that Sarah provided 6 bicycles, one for each guest, which worked out perfectly!!! We all wished that we were able to stay longer. We will definitely rent this house again in the future!!!

The property exceeded our expectations. It is a spacious, beautifully decorated and appointed oasis! It is close to beaches, shopping and grocery stores, but private and secluded. The host was very responsive and accomodating. We will stay here on our next visit to Jax.

Exceeded expectations
This property was exactly what my family was looking for. The backyard with the large heated pool was the highlight, especially with the cooler temps. The house was clean, updated and loaded with extras. Beds were very comfortable, too. Located close to restaurants, Publix and public access beach, it would be hard to find a better property in Jacksonville Beach. We will definitely stay here again any time we are in the area.

Cool Pool and Beach Getaway
Stayed here with my brother's family (kids) and had a great time. Incredibly well decorated.The layout is perfect for multiple adults or adults and kids. The pool is warm and large with plenty of floaties and toys to keep everyone entertained. Available bikes and accessible beach and pier for beach time and fishing added to the fun!

Stellar communication first and foremost. Clean. Well stocked house. Amazing location, walking distance to everything. Also very drivable if that’s your jam. Pool is 15/10. Literally couldn’t get enough.

Best Spot in Jax Beach!
We had the best stay, even extended it and would have stay longer if it wasn’t booked up already! Sarah was the best host, she even set up a Christmas tree for us! We have family that lives down the street and we wanted to be near them for the holidays. We couldn’t have found a better spot! Spotless, comfy beds, hand painted walls, decorated perfect for photos! Also, very important the hot water never runs out, a must for families staying. There is everything you need for an awesome relaxing beach vacation! Close to the beach, bikes to ride and the POOL!! Thanks Sarah, we can’t wait for our next stay!!!

Perfect vacation spot!
The house was beautiful and had everything we needed and more for our family and pup. Loved all the extra towels since we spent most of our time in the wonderful pool. Our 3 year old also loved the swing out front. The photos don’t do this home justice. So close to the beach and tons of restaurants/coffee shops/ice cream. Everything you need for a great family vacation!

Awesome Experience
This property is amazing! Beautifully decorated, comfortable and convenient. The backyard landscaping is gorgeous and we loved the pool. It was perfect for our little family gathering and our only regret is not having more time to enjoy it.
