Deferred Maintenance a real problem
We had 10 adults and two children. The layou of the house was perfect. However one issue after another kept surfacing. The supplies of towels, toilet paper, paper towels were at the minimum. It was awful. Light bulbs were burnt out. Shower had water backing up so many had to line up the one shower on the first floor. The hot tub did not work.some knobs were broken and the jets did not work regularly. The freezer and ice/water feature on the refrigerator did not work. It is a beautiful house but deferred maintenance is a significant issue.

Nice House when you can find it
We lost one night due to incorrect Driving directions, The directions provide by VRBO took us to the wrong house. It wasn't resolved until the next day. Once we got into the right house, we had a good time.

Private Hilltop Escape
Beautiful home, close to Jacksonville on a private hilltop. Kitchen fully equipped (except for basic disposables-wrap/foil/ziplocks- so bring your own). 2 coffee pots (Keurig & standard drip). Amazing induction cooktop, double oven. Hot tub was perfect, big game room downstairs. Master suite is beautiful. Great house for a big group!

Love this house!
This is my 2nd time booking this property for a staff retreat. It's a perfect spot with lots of sleeping options, room for group dinners and its in the perfect location not too far from Jacksonville, Medford and Ashland!! I would highly recommend.

A Great Place to Relax with Family
We had a great trip and our kids loved the basement for playing. The induction stove was great for heating water quickly. We'd definitely return--it would be great to come when it's warm and the pool is open.

The hill top stay
The property itself was beautiful with breath taking views. Comfortable beds and furniture made it feel more at home. One down side was, it stayed very cold in the house the entire stay except for one bedroom that got really warm.

Beautiful home
Our family had a wonderful Thanksgiving in this home. There was plenty of space for kids and adults to enjoy each others company or find some quiet as needed. Views out every window are outstanding. The kitchen is well equipped and organized. We all like to cook so this was a big plus. The location is slightly rural and private which we love but it’s also very easy to go into Jacksonville, Ashland, or Medford. We loved our stay and thank Deanna and the owners for sharing this beautiful home.

Just a lovey place
We came up from California to watch the annular eclipse, which was clearly visible from the back deck. Such a peaceful property that is not too far from town. We all had plenty of space and plenty of fun while staying here. The ping pong table and the hot tub were a hit. We would definitely like to come back in the summer to enjoy the pool as well.

Beautiful Private setting
Beautiful expansive house and property! Well stocked kitchen! Something for everyone. The main reason we chose this was there were 9 beds. (We had nine men who don't share beds with other men.) It's hard to find places with that many beds. However, on top of that, it was a very beautiful and plush place to gather. The host was very attentive and helpful.

So Lovely!
I am so grateful we stumbled upon this listing! The house is upscale, but cozy and welcoming. Very clean and well-stocked, with gorgeous natural surroundings. My kids loved "swimming" in the jacuzzi. It's also a great location, just a few miles outside of downtown Jacksonville, but with a feeling of privacy. We've loved attending Britt Fest concerts over the years, but lamented not having time to soak up the rest of the town. Staying here for the weekend gave us that opportunity. Would definitely love to stay in this home again!

Family Reunion
We all came together, as we do each year and had an amazing stay at this VRBO!!! Wow, it is set up for a large group. It is the most beautiful, lovely and comfortable place we have rented. Highly recommended and we would love to return. We highly recommend it if you are in the Ashland Oregon area

The Perfect Summer Family Vacation
The kids all voted that this was their favorite vacation house ever. Having the downstairs game, sleeping and tv room to themselves, made them feel independent from the adults. Using the swimming pool all day every day was an added plus. It truly was the perfect summer family vacation house. We will most likely stay there again in the future.

Family Reunion
Our family was able to come together from MN, CO & CA to attend a memorial service for our sister and niece. To be able to spend our time together in a peaceful setting with a majestic view of the mountains made it possible for us to share our memories and connect as a family. The Jacksonville mountain retreat was a perfect setting for us and we our grateful for the time that we spent there.

Perfect for large gathering
12 of us stayed there while biking and wine tasting. Huge house, plenty of room for our group. The hot tub was awesome and we even jumped in the pool! Gorgeous views!

Amazing family stay
We rented this place to celebrate Christmas as a family for the first time in 5 years!! I grew up in the Medford/Ruch area my entire life so all my family and friends are there as for myself, I live 4 hours away. We were able to get everyone together for a Christmas that everyone could make it to and enjoy. It was perfect!! The house was gorgeous,clean,spacious and the host was so kinda and flexible with any and all questions I asked. Even accommodated a earlier check in time to better fit our travel needs. It was a dream vacation, home away from home. Will be renting again in the summer so we can enjoy the pool and bbq!!

Great time!
I stayed with a group of 9 close friends and my 6 month old. House was very clean, and sheets were very soft :). The house was very spacious, and no one ever felt on top of one another. We enjoyed coffee in the beautiful living room every morning, and gathered together to cook and hang out around the big kitchen island. The pool was refreshing and there was tons of outdoor seating. Our host was very quick to respond to any questions and was very kind and accommodating. We would love to come back again!
