This Rental was perfect!

The house was everything we thought it would be from the listing. It was fully stocked with everything you would need for a great beach week with your family! All the beach equipment was perfect and was in great shape!We would definitely say there again!

We had a wonderful time!! Our family has been renting homes/condos at the coast for many many years. These hosts were, by far, the most accommodating that we have ever experienced. They thought of everything a family would need, from a plentiful supply of paper products to all towels and linens to hygiene items. Our puppies loved the fenced-in backyard where they could run around while we enjoyed the firepit.Thank you for a wonderful week!

This rental was amazing!! I have never stayed at a place that was this well stocked!! They had everything you would need and more. They thought of all the little stuff!! Very clean and updated! The owners were extremely nice, with quick response. We will definitely stay here again!!

Perfect house

This house is so ready for renting. The most well appointed kitchen in a rental I have ever seen. Also the beach towels, chairs and toys were great. No need to bring your own. It has hot water in the outside shower. Who does that? I gave it a 5 because the house and all the set up was perfect. One thing to note is it is very close to the beach but you have to cross a very busy road. With smaller grand children we had to be mindful of that. The backyard area is great with the gas fire pit.

Amazing place to stay!

We had the best week on Topsail Island!!! The house is perfect!! It was very neat and clean. It was fully stocked with everything we needed including all beach supplies! Beautiful deck and fire pit. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great! 1 minute walk to the beach!!! I look forward to going and staying there again. All communications with host were easy and friendly! Thank you for a great vacation!!!! 5 stars for sure!

We enjoyed our stay here so much! The place is so clean and everything shown in the pictures is exactly how everything looks. The host was very responsive with any questions we had. It is a great location so close to the beach and so close to some amazing places to eat. Can’t recommend enough, we will definitely be back!!

Perfect Island Location!

Our family had a fantastic stay! This property was just a hop, skip and a jump across the street from the beach...excellent location! The backyard offers a great shady outdoor retreat when needed...loved the party lights and the coastal trees. The house was clean and open...loved the wall of sliding glass doors to the front deck as well as the extra sun room in the back for a little extra living space. The upstairs was the perfect private Master Bedroom location. Close to shops/pier/restaurants. Sugar Island bakery/bookstore...a highly recommended adventure in Surf City! 10/10!

Great family and pet friendly house

We stayed here for a long weekend over New Year’s with our two kids and two dogs. The house had everything that we needed for both humans and dogs. The hosts were great and responsive to my questions before and during our stay. Beach access was right across the street. Fantastic spot and we will absolutely keep it in mind the next time we are planning a trip to Surf City!

Highly Recommend!

This house is fantastic for your beach vacation. It was the most well-stocked short-term rental I’ve ever stayed in (beach gear, cookware, pantry essentials, coffee, first aid supplies, board games, laundry detergent - you name it, it’s there!). Check in was easy, the beach access is right there, driveway has plenty of room, backyard fire pit is great and easy to use. No complaints, would recommend wholeheartedly!

Great Election Day Escape

My wife and adult kids decided to vote early and escape the crazy of Election Day. We couldn’t have picked a better place!! The house was very well equipped, updated and super clean. With beach access right across the street the location was ideal. But the game changer was the great backyard with a fenced in backyard with gas firepit. We would definitely stay again!

Fall weekend

We had the most amazing stay for a long weekend with our adult children. This house is well kept, has a wonderfully cozy backyard with gas fire pit, and the owners have provided every amenity needed for a great time at the beach which is a 2 minute walk away. We loved the fact that the owners provided instructions for every item provided in the house and that they do everything to keep this house in tip-top shape! Thank you again! We will be coming back!

fall family getaway

Perfect location and house for our family of 4 to escape to the beach for an extra-long weekend. Inside of the home was well stocked with everything we needed and more. Beach gear options provided were impressive. Sunroom was a great bonus space to spread out as needed. Hosts were incredibly responsive to messages during our stay. Most importantly home was incredibly clean and very comfortable.

Absolutely Amazing Stay!

Upon arrival l, once we realized we had to go upstairs, the trip was flawless! The house is as beautiful as the photos and is so well stocked that even if you forgot things at home, they are probably here! The location can't be neat, you are just across the street from the ocean. And I must say, our host is the absolute best. If anything was needed, she was right on top of it taking care of us. I am marking this house as a favorite so we can rent again.
