Excellent

Location of property was just steps away from the beach, excellent for a day at the beach or if you just wanted a short walk on the beach. Everything about the stay was great from the ease of check in to the accommodations. Would stay again.

Property was clean and adequately stocked. Easy walk to beach. We were unable to use one shower due to crack in tub. Hope they get that resolved.

Excellent response

There were quite a few issues with the property, but the property manager responded very quickly to resolve them. Proximity to the beach was great despite all the construction on the road around it. There are quite a few things to do in the area so we enjoyed our time in Jacksonville Beach.

So many things

The location was awesome, but other than that… There were three doors on the upstairs floor that were all unlocked when we got there. I had to repair the one door so that it would lock. Probably a half a dozen lightbulbs were burnt out, and we never could get the light in the main room or front porch to work. Also, the Keurig did not work so we couldn’t make coffee.

Holiday trip

The property was wonderful and clean. It was in a wonderful location by the beach side. Watching the waves from the upstairs balcony was soothing. Would recommend staying here for a weekend getaway.

Steps to the beach and extremely nice owner

We stayed for 4 nights in this lovely condo. It is RIGHT on the beach. We had operator error (us not the TVs) problems with the TVs and the owner came by and helped us out. So much space and communication with the owner was spectacular. We enjoyed our time here!

Christmas vacation

We enjoyed our stay! The close proximity to the beach was fantastic. It was what we expected based on the pictures. We saw the property manager cleaning the parking lot, and he was very kind and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. Our unit did not have a coffee pot, so we used the French press. The Kerig didn’t work, but we left a note, so I'm sure they will replace it. The PM was very kind, accommodating, and easy to work with during our stay!

Beach is steps away

Well equipped and lay out works well for families. Loved the large TVs all over the unit. Other than outdoor shower so you can rinse off when coming from the beach it was perfect. I would definitely stay there again!! Again location, layout, and TVs were a major plus.

Family get away

Great spot. Direct beach access. Parking lot is tricky if you’ve got a big truck or an SUV and an outdoor shower nearby would be nice, but otherwise no complaints.

Family Beach Vacation

My sisters and I, with our families, love this property. We have stayed here multiple times. The location is fantastic, set up is great! Ample parking with two spots per condo and street parking also available. We are beach people and my husband and I take our kids at least once per year. We have stayed in large homes and small condos. My oldest son (13 and judgemental of any and all accommodations) immediately said, “This is furnished much better than other places we have stayed!” The couches are great for extra sleeping, enough floor space for an air mattress, although we didn’t need one. TVs all had Rokus for when the storm blows through or a golf tournament the guys can’t miss is on. Kitchen is more than adequate and the refrigerator ice maker miraculously kept up with all of our needs! Looking forward to spending time here again!

Location Cannot be Beat!

We loved that this property was walking distance to the beach - Literally 20 steps and you are on the boardwalk headed down! The unit was spacious and had everything we needed; having the master on the main level was nice, and it made the kids feel like they had their own upstairs space. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 for cleanliness was that the outside hose/shower on the property did not work. This was a bummer because it meant that we tracked in sand every time we came back from the beach. I tried keeping up with sweeping, but having a place to rinse off before walking inside would have been great. Other than that, the place was perfection!

Comfortable and quiet

Very comfortable and clean, just steps from the beach. Large enough to sleep 10 easily. The beds in 2 room are kings. We loved having 3 bathrooms with plenty of TP. We had plenty of towels and bedding. but..... The washer/ dryer are not in the room you have a time limit on when to wash your clothes, the laundry room was close and detergent was available. Carrying clothes back and forth was inconvenient. There were very few pots and pans, dishes, bowls or plates, not enough for 10 people to eat a meal. Water pressure was bad and the bathroom in the master bedroom was small, inconvenient for use due to the way it was designed. Parking was horrific, if you have a large vehicle, forget it. Over all we had a great vacation - quiet, comfortable with plenty of restaurants and shopping close. I would stay here again or recommend to friends. There were some charges on our bill we didn't understand like the cleaning fee and the service fee, booking fee??? Also there was additional charges ( not explained) Just be aware of these will be added.

Great location

Adam and his wife have a diamond in the rough with great potential. As new owners, there were some kinks to be worked out, but he was responsive and corrected everything he was able to. The unit was clean and the location was great! We had a great time!
