The host was amazing! We had to travel to JAX last minute as my mother in law went into hospice. We traveled with our black lab. We paid the pet fee accordingly but the host was so attentive and offered us to get in early. The WiFi was strong which helped as we all had to work from home. It was well appointed for our needs. The kids were able to walk to the beach. Seriously, I would give it a 10/10…and the coffee shop is literally around the block - Breezy. The owner was so nice and they had gluten free berry bread my daughter loved. My only two feedback points were the coffee mugs are a tad too small for the keurig. So adjust the water accordingly. And the fella on the porch next door likes to sit on his front porch in his boxers smoking a cigarette but he seemed quite friendly and it just added to the vibrancy and vibe of the beach.
