DOESN'T GET ANY BETTER (-:
Being right on the beach in a house that is a stand-alone doesn't get better. The house is just so cute and perfectly decorated. The deck is a nice size and wraps around from the back to the side of the house. Best sleeping beds ever. Usually we can't wait to get back to our bed. In this case, we wish we were back in the bed at Surf's Up. The air conditioning is phenomenal. It kept the place extremely comfortable while the thermostat was set at 76. That's remarkable! Becky is GREAT!!! If you have a question about anything, she's there for you. This is truly a home-away-from-home except with the luxury of the ocean as your backyard.

Wonderful vacation
This is our 4th trip to Surfs Up, has never failed to deliver everything as described in listing. Becky is the nicest and easiest person to deal with on any problem or issues that may come up. We love this cottage, from cleanliness to comfort. Great layout with walls of windows to enjoy the ocean views. Our very favorite is large covered porch where we sit frequently watching the water and beach or having morning coffee, and eat lunch. We highly recommend this property!! Hope to return next year.

Wonderful experience!
Just steps to the beautiful sand of North Topsail Beach, Surfs Up was the perfect spot close to Surf City. A tranquil oasis perfect for a relaxing break from the daily grind. Becky was accessible and accommodating. Everything you need upon arrival. It was a peaceful and pleasant week. We will visit again.

ocean-front bliss!
The house was perfect for our vacation; it was clean, comfortable and equipped with all the necessities. Best of all, we were ocean-front and enjoyed the morning sunrise and sunsets on the deck each day. Thank you to Becky, our gracious host for being so accessible and responsive throughout. Book this place if you want total relaxation with little effort in very peaceful setting!

Cozy Paradise!
This was our 3rd time staying at Surf's Up! This is wonderful oceanfront home with all the amenities that my husband & I needed and wanted! Spent most of our days sitting on the Captain chairs on the deck being hypnotized watching and listening to the ocean waves. Becky made sure that everything was okay and made sure that we felt free to contact her if anything needed to be attended to. Hoping to visit again next year!

We had a great time staying at Surf’s Up. Our family spent the week at the beach and we lived the house and location. You are 100 steps to the water! The house was perfect for our family of 5 adults. Very clean and communication with the host was excellent!

We Loved Surf's Up and North Topsail Beach
Our stay at Surf’s Up was fantastic! As a family of four, we couldn’t have asked for a better beach experience. The house is literally steps away from the sand, making it incredibly convenient to set up our beach chairs, pop in for lunch, or enjoy evening strolls while hunting for shells. The home itself was equipped with all the amenities we needed. The beds were comfortable, the views of the Ocean were great and everything was impeccably clean. I highly recommend enjoying a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine on the outdoor barstools as you watch the waves. Becky’s restaurant recommendations were spot-on, and we particularly loved Topsail Steamer. This was our first visit to North Topsail, and if you're seeking a tranquil beach experience, I highly recommend staying at Surf’s Up!

Another perfect getaway
I believe this is our 5th stay at Becky’s properties, our 3rd at Sea Charm. Stellar reviews are consistent- always super clean, comfortable & everything you need including beautiful ocean views all day long. Becky is always quick to reply to any questions or concerns. Amazing Views
This is our second time staying at Surfs Up and it is hands down one of our favorite beach houses. First and foremost, the view is absolutely incredible - whether you are sitting inside or out on the deck. We love that you can get to the beach just by walking down the stairs - it was especially great when our girls were ready before us to head down to the beach - and we could still see them from the house! The house is clean and comfortable and has everything you need. We prepared most of our meals at home, and always had everything we needed in the well-stacked kitchen. The beach is huge and great for walking and looking for shark teeth. We have spent two trips making memories at Surfs Up and we are already looking forward to our next visit!

Just what we needed!
Surf’s Up is the perfect beach cottage to walk right out on the beach to relax, fish, whatever you want to do. We really appreciated how clean and well stocked the house is. We hope to return soon!

Getaway To Recharge
Our stay at Surf’s Up was truly enjoyable. It’s very obvious that Becky takes great pride in her home. It’s beautiful and nicely appointed inside, updated and everything functions as designed. The views are magnificent and the porch/deck is amazing. If there is a question if this is for you….. the answer is yes. Check in/check out could not have been easier, communication was so smooth. Attentive but not intrusive. Great experience ,

The property is very clean and literally double-digit steps from the ocean. I’ve never been closer to the ocean from the steps of a rental in 40 years of vacationing at NC beaches. The owner was extremely communicative, timely and accommodating. I don’t think there’s any way to do better as an owner and it makes things smooth and relaxing.

What a wonderful place! Beach was clean and peaceful. We loved watching the pelicans and saw dolphins! House was very nice, roomy and and well-appointed. The rear deck facing the ocean was wonderfu! Beds were comfy. You should bring your own hair dryer.

Great family beach getaway
We rented this property for our children and 2 grandchildren to have abit of sun and fun in late February. Weather cooperated and they were able to spend time on the beach which was just a few feet away. The moon rise inspired the grandkids and we all captured amazing photos. The house was immaculate and equiped with everything needed. So clean! They loved their 1st visit to NC and Surf's Up is now on our A list for company.
