"We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Kuzmanic. Adrian was the most polite and helpfull host, really easy to communicate with. Place was as described, well equipped and super tidy. Nice surprise was breakfast served to our apartment at precise time we wished - I had totally forgotten we booked it! "Die Tage die unser erwachsene Enkel und wir in der Ferienwohnung verbringen durften war für uns sehr entspannend. Der Ausblick aufs Meer einmalig, besonders, da noch keine Hochsaison war und die benachbarten Ferienhäuser so gut wie nicht belegt waren. Die Tips bezüglich Restaurants, Strände usw. waren sehr gut. Top ist auch der Parkplatz direkt am Haus, da die Straßen doch sehr eng und steil sind. Villa Neira ist sehr zu empfehlen!!!"

"We had a lovely time at the villa and were very well looked after by our host. The villa is well kitted out with all necessary items and even on a rainy day you would be very comfortable! We didn't have a car for the first few days of our 3 week stay and would recommend one if you are unable to manage the few steep roads in the neighbourhood. "From the minute we arrived, Iveca and his family did everything they could to make us feel welcome. The apartment is spacious, clean, well equipped and with wonderful views from the balcony. Relaxing by the beautiful private pool was a highlight of the holiday as was the delicious meal that Iveca cooked for us. The location was fantastic, with beaches and cafes in walking distance. Villa Knez and our hosts were perfect in every way! "

"When we booked this was rated as 4-star. Plenty of space, comfortable bed and nice friendly owners, but 4-star it isn't. We were also lead to believe that it was in walking distance of various restaurants but there was nothing - the nearby hotel had a beach bar/restaurant but that closed for the season during our stay (in September?). Views over a building site! The photos on the Villa's website include several that are actually of the mentioned hotel, not Villa Nico and it's own facilities."

"Efter en veckas segling landade vi (7st) i härliga Trogir och fick ett väldigt varmt välkomnande av familjen som driver Vinko. Kall dryck serverades och vi blev inbjudna till att när som helst knacka på om vi hade frågor. 100 m till fin strand och ca 500 m till Trogirs gamla stad med mysiga gränder, massor av restauranger mm. "Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt bei Ivan und seiner Familie. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer wunderschönen, ruhigen Gegend. Der Pool war perfekt für eine Abkühlung und die Terrasse lud zum Entspannen ein. Ivan war ein hervorragender Gastgeber und hatte immer tolle Tipps für Ausflüge in der Umgebung parat. "Sinceramente me ha decepcionado mucho la gestión del servicio al cliente, llevo reclamando una factura de un taxi boat que tuve que coger a la 1 am porque previamente expedia había cogido mi vuelo a zagreb en lugar de a split y llevo reclamando más de una semana, la factura tanto a obonjan como a la empresa privada que gestiona estos barcos y todavía nadie se ha puesto en contacto conmigo, por lo que expedia no puede hacerme todavia la devolución del importe que fueron 80 euros"
