"We booked this property to have more space and a kitchen. It suited our needs perfectly. The kitchen had only the very basic elements-2 pots. 2 pans, no cookie sheet or anything oven related and absolutely zero cooking utensils. I requested that some be sent and no one ever got back. The neighborhood is lively and LOUD! Parties on the roof deck until late and the train runs from 5:3AM to 12:00 midnight. You can hear every train-especially in the back facing units. "I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights and chose this hotel because of its passcode door security. Many people say that when traveling to Philly, you need to be cautious, and this hotel made me feel comfortable and safe. All the facilities are excellent and comfortable. There were no issues with this hotel at all. If I come back to Philly, I will choose this hotel again. Additionally, their customer service is very responsive and helpful. "

"First thing, if you have back problems or are pregnant look elsewhere. The bed and the frame is shaky. I felt every spring in the mattress. Other than that the accommodations were good. Everything was clean and tidy. There is a washer and dryer and kitchen area which was really convenient. Overall a pleasant stay. "

"A super nicely decorated, and super clean and cozy property. I had some problems with the electronic locks, completely my fault, and well covered in the instructions. The gracious hosts were fantastic and talked me through getting it straightened out. Be advised that if you are on the upper floors there are stairs to go up and down. "Overall, the house had plenty of room. It was a pleasant home. The owner immediately responded when we couldn't turn on the heat. It is definitely secluded and was great for my son's dog. I would ask the owner to provide a dresser and a mirror in each of the bedrooms to accommodate her guests. Also, a lamp or some floor lighting other than overhead in the living area would have been better. And, instructions on how to navigate the TV would have been better. Overall, I give the stay a 4 star...

"We had a friends’ getaway long weekend here and loved it. The property is beautiful and we loved sitting outside by the pool with coffee and listening to the birds sing. The house is roomy and very homey and the beds were soooo comfortable. The location is perfect—-less than a ten minute drive to downtown New Hope with all its shops, restaurants, etc.., but the wooded property is private and quiet and definitely feels like you’re away from it all. We also loved the adorable goats, and fed them...
